“Well worth staying here”

Exactly as wxpected. Airconditioned, secure parking, buffet breakfast well worth the extra cost.

“A pleasant experience”

Friendly and courteous staff. Very clean bathroom. Nice sheets. Pleasant hotel lobby and bar. Well maintained grounds and pool. Right off the highway in a very visible spot. Close to supermarket and shops. There was strong sigarette smoke odor in ground floor hallway, but there was no odor in the actual room. Maybe someone was breaking the rules in their hotel room. Overall had a very pleasant restful stay.

“Overnight to Dordogne”

After 7 hours on the road, this hotel was great. My only gripe would be the expensive restaurant/cafe menu and some of the portions were very small. The room was good, and the bed very comfortable.

“Good, corporate style hotel ...but too far to walk to the centre of Chartres”

Hotel was pretty modern, well appointed, clean with professional staff. Nice bar with friendly, attentive barman. Unfortunately, when booking I hadn't realised that it's a couple of miles from Chartres so too far to walk for an evening out and a cab is about 20 Euros each way. I would recommend it if the location isn't an issue (some people may like the location as you can get to the motorway without driving through the centre of town).

“Novotel Chartres”

I used this hotel stay as an overnight stop, travelling from the South of France, back home to the Midlands in the UK. The accomodation was as expected, clean, functional and quiet. Although the WiFi was free, there were restrictions on it's use that I haven't experienced at other similar rated hotels.
