Difficult to find and no restaurantPosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: The bedroom and shower
Cons: Snacks should be available when the restaurant is closed
Location: Poor location except for accessibility to motorway
The hotel room was excellent . Large, clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed.We had problems in finding it,as the hotel is located down an isolated cul de sac on an industrial estate. The restaurant was closed and there was nothing available nearby, although it does advertise the restaurant, so we were very disappointed. Situated in a good position to travel on the motorways

Short stay - just 6hrs - one night. Excellent and clean hotel. Superb value!

Do NOT stay at this hotel!!Posted Jun 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
How can any self respecting hotel chain profess to have a restaurant and then close it every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening in summer when travellers have NO alternative facilities nearby?!!! Appalling customer service. Rooms very basic... corridors poorly lit... location poor. This is definitely one to avoid.

Good stopover hotelPosted Nov 23, 2012
Location: Very close to the main road so is convenient as a stopover on a long journey. Downside is that it is too far to walk into the town centre.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. We have stayed at this hotel earlier in the year and the staff were not so good then! The hotel is well located by the main road which is helpful when we are driving down to Spain. The hotel is dog friendly.

Perfect stopover locationPosted Jun 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
Good hotel, and the restaurant allowed us to stay on site rather than to go and look for somewhere to eat. The food was good enough, not high class. Very nice breakfast, with hot dishes, unusually for France. There was the usual coffee making facility in the room, but only two tiny milks. When we asked for more, the receptionist was completely horrible, telling us we could only have two, no more. Very poor in that respect, but otherwise a good stay, and we'd use Kyriad again.

Nice hotel spoilt by the staffPosted Jun 7, 2012
Pros: Cleanliness of room
Cons: Morose staff
Location: 1 minute off the N154 and easy to find
Well located hotel for the traveller going from/to UK and southern France. Nice clean room of a decent size. For us, let down by morose staff who we found to be less than helpful. Also, on return from dinner in the town, the bar was shut although it was just after 10.30pm.

Excellent. The hotel staff went above normal to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely evening meal.Very clean and the most comfortable bed in France! Situated alongside the motorway but little to no traffic noise as double glazed.Very very nice stay.
