Everyone was helpful and courteous, breakfast was great, room was comfortable, had a refrigerator. I love the cookie and coffee available. We had a view of the koi pond, which was lovely, could open the window. I left a pillow there, and when I called they were happy to mail it to me. We had a great rate, upgraded room. Not a place to walk from. Right on the main road, but not noisy at all.

Very good value, clean, hospitable. Everything we generally hope far when booking a hotel. We all fear the disappointments, as there are many! Not here!

We have stayed here three times. It is the only hotel we will stay in when we come to Eureka. We love the breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We were extremely surprised at how well kept this motel was. the room and the bed was comfy and so quiet. Parking is a little tricky, a little tight. Signs posted saying no backing in, but people seemed to ignore the request.

This hotel was very clean, accommodating and surpassed our expectations. The service was superb as well. We didn't know what to expect from a Best Western, but we were so surprised. It was the perfect location for us as we wanted to tour the Redwoods but were driving from Napa Valley. So a two night stop here made sense. We spent a full day in between taking our time driving up through to Crescent City and then back down. The last day we were exactly further down the CA coast to make the drive back to San Fran more bearable. We couldn't have been happier with the price and accommodations this hotel offered. Great job!

If we ever go back to Eureka we would stay here again. My husband enjoyed his workout in the small but adequate gym.

“Great experience”

Hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas; it was very warm and inviting. The room was also nicely decorated. We paid a little extra to have a fireplace and really enjoyed it. It warmed the room quickly. The beds were very comfortable. We were very happy to find a Marie Callendar's right across the parking lot and they gave a 10% discount if you showed your room key from the hotel. It was nice to just walk over for dinner after being in the car all day long. Overall, a great stay!
