Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Everything!
Cons: It was top notch from start to finish
Location: The ocean and beach - what is better
When we booked at the Best Western, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was an amazing experience. From the friendly staff, to the gardens and koi pond to the fantastic breakfast - it was a genuine oasis and a true pleasure. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice end to a week of travel.

Great room! It had a hot tub and fireplace. We felt a little guilty using the hot tub (drought) but after a week of diving it made the muscles feel great. Wonderful dinner next door at Shamus T. Bones and got a 10% discount by showing room key. Breakfast was usual BW offerings. Additionally, coffe and pastries were on each floor by the elevators in the morning. Staff was great and privacy in the court room area was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Location: We were just passing through. Trying to find a decent meal after 9pm was a little difficult. This place seemed to turn into a ghost town after 9pm.
This hotel was great! Check in was easy and quick, our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view and sliding door overlooking the garden/koi pond area in back. Our room also had a fireplace, which we didn't use but was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was pretty average. The only negative was parking - the lot was quite full and a lot of SUVs parked in the compact parking stalls. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Wonderful place to stay

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: It was in the throws of renovations so it was difficult to get a true sense due to the changes. Yet it was very much like a beach hotel
Cons: Hopefully they will bring more items to the breakfast menu.
Location: The boardwalk was fun to go to with a carnival during the day and very large arcade. We had tremendous fun
This was a great hotel to stay at. The only issue I had was that I found a bug in my cereal and Allecia gave me 1000 pts on my best western account. Lovely desk person. Allecia was so nice and accomodating. Allecia made sure I was comfortable. Allecia was also fun to talk to and gave me interesting information about the area. Thank you Allecia you are exceptional!

Mediocure.

Posted May 25, 2015
Terrible interior colors. Teal and tan (BRIGHT). High gloss walls and textured (must be from the 1980's). Too dated and even though everything looked clean, the colors are just awful together. Very motel-ish. Adequate for a one-night stay in you're driving through. There was another Best Western up the street, and I'd try that over this one.
