Nice hotel with Six Flags in sight

A little overpriced for the money.

Pros: The beds were comfortable, and it was slightly better than staying downtown. Ample parking. Good staff.
Cons: This room needs updating, and probably an inspection behind the walls to make sure there isn't a serious mold issue.
Location: It's about 33 miles from the Gateway Arch, and across the street from Six Flags. There is also a Schnucks supermarket at the next exit (open 24h).
Perhaps it was the section of the hotel I was in (upper section of the hill the property sits on), but my room hadn't been updated in a while and there was mold on the ceiling. There were also cobwebs with bugs in one corner. I understand it was a holiday weekend and it's next to Six Flags, but for almost $200/night I expected something better than an-upscaled Motel 6. On the flip side, the staff were very pleasant and security responded very quickly when a wedding party got a little rowdy.

Great six flags hotel

We stayed two nights and went to six flags during the day using the shuttle. The hotel pool is great with lots of fun games and arcade activities for the kids. We could have stayed at the hotel all day and they would have been happy with just that. Was only disappointed that there was no free breakfast option for the price of the room.

Pros: Location
Hotel was close to Six Flags and the complimentary shuttle was prompt. Loved the $20 I saved on parking and the $15 on the ticket as well. My son loved the indoor pool also.

Close to Six Flags

The facility is nice, and our boys were thrilled with the huge pool and game area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I thought the bed was a little hard, but my husband thought it was great. Our only complaint was with the shower: the temperature fluctuated wildly as guests in other rooms used the water, and at times it got VERY hot.

Good place for a family visiting Six Flags

The hotel rooms weren't immaculate and the beds weren't perfect, but the reason this hotel was so great was because of the extras. If you plan on making a little vacation to Six Flags this is a great place for your family to stay. There is a free shuttle that goes between the park and the hotel (saves you $20 in parking, plus we packed a lunch saving probably $60 for a family of 4.) The pool was one of the nicer hotel pools I have visited that belonged to a hotel in a moderate price range. Also the admission tickets to Six Flags were sold at the desk for around $15 off each ticket. It was a good stay!

Very child friendly. Had a shuttle to six flags that saved us on parking. Staff was very helpful. Will definitely return.

Close to Six Flags

I like the closeness to Six Flags, which is why I typically choose this hotel when going there. The staff in the hotel are very polite. The rooms near the entrance are very nice, however this trip I had a room that was further in the back. This area is very dated and not quite as clean. The door of my room was hard to get to latch properly, and the drain in the tub was a little slow. Neither of these things would deter me from staying there again, as every other room I have stayed in has been nice. The waitresses in the restaurant are the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever met. Besides that, I like this hotel.
