We appreciate all guest feedback as it allows us to know what we are doing well and what we should consider changing to improve the experience for everyone that chooses to come stay with us. Input from guests like you helps improve our property!The Expedia website specifically lists us as not being pet friendly, as do all other OTA websites. The reason for this is because we have a limited number of rooms that are often booked beforehand. You would have seen this under the Policies section.The air conditioner does work; if you would have contacted the front desk we could have easily have instructed you to use the panel on the air conditioner itself, rather than the wall thermostat. However, you were understandably upset when we refused to allow you to bring your dog into a non-pet-friendly room (which, being a three-queen, we have only one at the property). You also became upset when we refused to allow you to tie your dog up in front of your room. Contacting the front desk allows a hotel to remedy an issue much more quickly than reading about it in a review. We could have easily remedied most of the issues within a few minutes of you having called. However, we do apologize for your experience, and will strive to do better in the future.
