Nice B and B. With good location
The owner had office across the road. Barbara and Rosita were very kind and made great breakfast dishes. You can park and walk to downtown in 5 minutes if climbing stairs is acceptable. Trolley is also close for 6 dollars a day.

Wanna have your vacation micromanaged?
The owner seemed to want to micromanage our stay. It felt a bit like we were staying with an over involved grandma. Definitely not a romantic spot.

Loved the town not the B&B
I Loved Eureka Springs the town - it is quirky, has lots of stuff to do nice people mostly. The B&B not so much. Stating just the facts here; I hate to give bad reviews - but my sister has never stayed at a B&B and said she never will again. I have stayed in numerous ones and this is my worst experience. We killed 3 spiders and one unknown bug in our room in the two days we stayed there. The room was cool with a window unit but the bathroom was hot as well as the house. The breakfasts were good but we weren't asked if anyone has any food allergies and my sister can't tolerate gluten or garlic and could not eat several things. We were told where to find shops by going out and down lots of stairs and never found them that day. We did drive the next day and found them at least 2 miles away - really weren't wanting to walk up steep hills after riding in the car all day. We were leaving early on the check out date so called the owner the day before to let her know we didn't need breakfast the next day and she said that she doesn't like plans to be changed on her... and told us that Maria would make breakfast earlier so we stayed and ate. We also got the feeling she didn't like us not wanting to do some of the activities she wanted us to... The owner was in the rehab hospital so sure part of that was the problem but our stay was not enjoyable. We will not be back.

Very nice place
The room was small, but nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The room was clean. The style could use a little modification, some of the items were from the 80s which didn't fit with the antique vibe. The morning breakfast was really good, and I definable got my fill before walking down to the Downtown. You eat breakfast on a balcony overlooking a really nice garden down below. The owner was very firm, but very kind and helpful. The room isn't romantic, so if you're looking for that, it may squash that vibe a bit, but the place is very nice, and I would stay there again.

Historic bed and breakfast
Nice place to stay. Owner was very accommodating. Our room didn't have it's own bathroom but was close by. Breakfast was very good and pleasant. I've never stayed at a B&B before so I didn't know what to expect.

Nice stop
Nice setting. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location was ok. Propritor was hard to accept. Other guests asked what to do because they didn't want to upset her. Very controlling

A real dump
This B&B was grossly over rated. There were safety issues, cobwebs ,TV worked only part time. There was a gap next to the window air conditioner that was open to the outside. There was iron burns on floor. The door to the room opened to the top two steps of the stairs: very dangerous going in or out. There was only room for five people for breakfast: we had to wait until 9:30 to be seated for breakfast. The owner was not very friendly. Extremely over priced.

Great bed & breakfast in Eureka Springs
11 Singleton House is a wonderful bed & breakfast in a historic home. The husband & wife owners were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful and fixed a great breakfast. Spring street is accessible via a short woodland trail (which can be steep in places, Eureka Springs is VERY hilly and so you need to be in trail walking shape to take advantage of this) which meant we didn't have to deal with using our car to access the old downtown area (the town's main attraction). The house is nice, but of course being built in the 1800s isn't huge, have central air (they have window units) and the bathrooms may be shared depending on the room & number of guests. You have breakfast on the back porch which overlooks a rustic back garden & forest, very peaceful.

Beautiful old house and thats about it!
We stayed here for a couples getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was clean but there were many missing amenities. The room we stayed in was an open floor plan with only a half wall around the toilet. It had a tube tv with a VCR, very old school. There was not a shower in the room and no curtains or drapes on the windows around the tub. So we hung sheets over the windows. The first mornings breakfast was microwaved eggs with fruit, we decided to skip breakfast on day 2. For the price we paid we expected a whole lot more. We love Eureka Springs but will not be staying at this B&B again.

Beautiful home, amazing location in Eureka Springs
What a place! Very convenient location, just a walking path away from downtown! Barb is the best hostess around! Very helpful and cooked an amazing breakfast that is served on a balcony deck with on of the most picturesque views. When I come back, its a no brainer where I'm staying!
