This is a delightful hotel. It is a restored Victorial hotel and bathhouse. The romanic room included a large spa tub. Breakfast is included in the room rate and delivered to your room. Staff was helpful but not intrusive. The Palace is a Victorian hotel and bathhouse to complete the "taking the waters" experience guests can book a mineral spa, steam, massage and other spa features. For a true time-travel experience go from the best of the 1800s to the 21st century by traveling on to Bentonville, Arkansas to find the Crystal Bridges Museum of Modern Art.

This room smelled clean. No musty cigarette odor like the supposed "non smoking" hotels everywhere else. Maybe this is a norm for Arkansas? Great bed, great towels. I got the brands and will be ordering my own. Alex at front desk was great. Continental breakfast was excellent. Only negative was 2 of the 3 ice machines didn't work.

4 of us just stayed in these cabins for the weekend and were blown away with the quality of the cabins. Full kitchen, all new appliances and big flat screen TV with a remote fire place. Really nice patio furniture to enjoy the view of the lake. The head of staff, Bob, could not have been a better host! Super friendly, approachable guy who really helped our trip be a success.
We HIGHLY recommend this resort for anyone visiting Eureka!

The entire Inn was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Honestly I kept looking for something wrong for it being such a cheap room, but never did. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My husbands favorite part were the waffles at breakfast!

In the pool area at 8.00 pm, they played a movie on the projector screen while you swim or relax in the lawn chairs. The pool got to about 75 to 85 degress and the hot tub got to 95 or felt like 100 degress. They had all 50 flags of the united states hanging in the pool area. They had a glass elevator and a good view of the forest in the pool area. Their breakfast was fresh which contained eggs, sasuage, biscuits, gravy, bread, bagels, and muffins. They had milk for the ceral and yogurt in the freezer with the milk.

The owner was there to check us in and even showed us our room. The owner has only owned the hotel a few months and had updated the furniture. The furnishing were very pleasing and the room was well worth the price. You could tell it was an older hotel by the fridge, stove and jacuzzi tub but all were clean and working. I would recommend with the room having a full kitchen that there was more then 1 package of coffee. Also a iron and hair dryer would be a plus! I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would so stay there myself again. Thanks for helping us celebrate our anniversary!
