"Arrived at 11 pm and the building entrance was too dark. ended up using my phone light to walk in and navigate my way through 3 doors. Elevator was not working, called the service number with no answer. Couldn't find the lift instructions in the email. I climbed the stairs to the 4th floor with my luggage. The flush handle was broken in the bathroom! Minimalist bedroom, bed was clean and comfortable tho. No complimentary water. Good space and fully equipped kitchen but it didn't feel...

"The property is very well located in terms of access to central Brussels. However, it lacks any form of functioning heating. Though we complained about this on the first day of our stay, no action was taken to rectify it. Additionally, there was mould in the bathroom as there was no way to open any windows. The entrance of the property was very untidy, with lots of empty boxes. The sofa bed was stained. "
