“Good Value for a Cheap Motel”

I stay at this motel every time I come to Greeley, mostly because it's the cheapest one I find. However, it's always been clean, and the people working there are friendly, which makes it seem like a good value.

“Never let your ID out of your site”

I was not comfortable leaving my driver's Licence at the office in order to get pool towels. I don't think this is a good policy. They should change their policy.

“not bad for the money close to NCU campus”

For what I was looking for this hotel was just right. Nothing special, but I was very happy with the stay.

“Bathrooms need improvement”

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The service is always great and the staff is friendly. The rooms however could be better. For the price it isn't bad, but rooms are small. The bathrooms really are getting worse and in need of updating and repair. The housekeeping is slow when staying more than one night. I will stay here again.

“Okay hotel for a 1 night stay”

If you just need a place to crash for 1 night it is okay. Rooms are clean but very limited in space.

“OK for the price”

The room and shower were small. The carpet was old and dirty.

“Bring your own pillow - flop for the night”

My side was on the highway & train side of the building. The construction workers that live at the hotel are loud & profane on the balcony & since the walls are thin I could hear everything but in person they were polite so I did not complain to the management. The pillows on my bed looked really shabby, thin, overused & should be thrown away. I was glad I brought my own. There was no refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker or hair dryer, which are amenities that I am accustomed to. I did not use the TV. I had my laptop with me. Their WIFI is included but it was slow. I've been in tanning booths that were roomier than the shower but the water pressure was good. I would have liked to see it a little cleaner. The air conditioner worked but was very rattley as was the fan in the bathroom. It was connected to the light so there was no shutting it off unless I was in darkness. The stairs are steep. All in all, it was a place to flop for the night, get ready for the next day, so one night wasn't bad for the price during summer. It was about half the cost of the other places in town I've stayed at. It has a pool on the other side of the building although I didn't use it It is easy to find, easy to get to, easy to get out of. Cheap which is what I needed that night.

“Noise, hangin in the parking lot”

We got to watch some "tenets" hang in the parking lot, listen to the neighbors party, from all the coming and going an the hours I'd say some folks were making a fortune over the weekend. Definitely a no go if you have kids.

“do not recommend”

the hotel needs work. Housekeeping is minimal at best. The blankets were very worn and not very clean, and the lack of cleanliness and smell in the room were very upsetting. No one should be afraid to lay down on a hotel bed, even at a 2star hotel.
