Place was in good crea for an event we went to,,but not pleased with room. Beds sheet had cigarette burns and didn’t seem clean. And some rooms need upgrade

Air conditioner did not work, blew hot air. No place to hang close, no closet or rod. Beds wete horroble, ed soread had many cigarette burns cover was .elted. hole in bathroom door. Dirty and small shower. O e light did not work other flickered when turned on. Huge gap around door when closed. No screen on windos. No phone. Breakfast was bad only thing was dry ceral, powdered milk and small waffles..fridge cord is run under bathroom door and plugged in the bathroom by sink. Room 128 BEWARE!

This is the worst place i have ever stayed in or ever been treated like i was scum when you have people walking the parking lot doing what ever they do. the he she it or what ever is working the front desk is a b@#$!! I had to call the cops becshe would not give myself or my kids a room so when the cops showed up i was told that it was doing me a favor bye not letting me stay there that they have had many problems with this hotel and this problem the thing that sucks is Xpedia dot comis all so a joke 15 days to refund my money so both roadway in and expedia both get a big fat 0 i had to give 1 star but it doesn't deserve me even leaving a review just crap crappy joke of sevricei will never stay at a roadway inn or use either 1 of these people as long as i live and this it needs to be fired fired

This place was awful. Once the sunset, nothing but junkies and prostitutes about. Extremely noisy and dirty area. There is also a Horrible smell in the air coming from the nearby slaughterhouse. I would Never recommend this place.

The room smelled like mildew and cleaner. It seems that they tied to cover up the smell with the cleaner. The curtain was broken and dirty and it wouldn’t close all the way. The furniture had chips and so did the floor. The grout on the floor tiles looked like it had never been cleaned. The refrigerator door wouldn’t open all the way and dragged onto the floor tiles. Everything in the room seemed old and beat down. There were people sitting in the stairwell drinking and listening to music. There was a van parked in the parking lot that seemed like someone was living in it, they had the side door to the van open and they were sitting in it smoking.

This is an old rundown property. The room had unpainted patched walls. My nonsmoking room had bedspreads that smelled of smoke complete with burn holes and rips. There were flying insects inside the room. There were people in the parking lot lurking, and they would disappear when the police would drive through. Very sketchy area. Beware of nonrefundable rooms.

Absolutely the worst stay of my life. We booked for three nights, checked in, and immediately turned around and told the staff we wanted a refund due to the plethora of bug species (10 ) in our room. They refused although i had only stepped in the room one time. We moved hotels anyway as it was worth giving up hindreds of dollars to get away from this property.

There was very good customer service the moment i walked into the main office. And the other employees were extremely polite everytime i had a question or concern. But the room itself had cigarette burns on the comforter and the toilet was broken. And i had alot of unpleasant encounters with other guests. Overall it wasnt a bad place to stay, but probably wouldn't be my first choice.

This place was horrible stunk so bad. The door to the room was lopsided and we were worried they could break in real easy. The shower was old , the rest room sink had been patched up. The vent to the restroom was half way off. Shady people staying there and loud music at 5 in the May for about 15 minutes. They had a sign in the office to not call police for issues to call the office. I did call Expedia to let them know and ask for help getting my money back for the 2 nights we didn’t stay there. They were helpful and called the manager to get our money back. Expedia was awesome in helping with this issue. I recommended they take this place of their list.
