Cheap but dumply

Pros: Price
Cons: clean the carpets and paint the stairs.
Poor A/C. Stained carpet and burns in the bed coverings, but it was cheap.

Place to stay while in town for graduation.

Posted May 22, 2013
Pros: I felt like someone took pride in the cleanliness, and that made all the difference. All we really needed was a bed and a shower.
Cons: The pillows were awful, but better than nothing. I think that was the only real gripe. Wish we would have brought our own.
Served our purpose in that it was a place to stay after graduation and before catching a plane to leave town.

Noise, hangin in the parking lot

Posted May 9, 2013
Pros: A fridge an microwave were avaible
Cons: Rooms could be updated, or at least repaird properly, was pretty shabby. No bath tub, just a really small shower stall. A few more towels.
We got to watch some "tenets" hang in the parking lot, listen to the neighbors party, from all the coming and going an the hours I'd say some folks were making a fortune over the weekend. Definitely a no go if you have kids.

Never let your ID out of your site

Pros: pool
Cons: pool towel policy
Location: Evans CO
I was not comfortable leaving my driver's Licence at the office in order to get pool towels. I don't think this is a good policy. They should change their policy.

Okay hotel for a 1 night stay

If you just need a place to crash for 1 night it is okay. Rooms are clean but very limited in space.

Bring your own pillow - flop for the night

Posted Jun 24, 2012
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy air conditioner in 90 degree heat
Location: Greeley is a good town to stay the night in. It has good restaurants & shopping & a good highway system.
My side was on the highway & train side of the building. The construction workers that live at the hotel are loud & profane on the balcony & since the walls are thin I could hear everything but in person they were polite so I did not complain to the management. The pillows on my bed looked really shabby, thin, overused & should be thrown away. I was glad I brought my own. There was no refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker or hair dryer, which are amenities that I am accustomed to. I did not use the TV. I had my laptop with me. Their WIFI is included but it was slow. I've been in tanning booths that were roomier than the shower but the water pressure was good. I would have liked to see it a little cleaner. The air conditioner worked but was very rattley as was the fan in the bathroom. It was connected to the light so there was no shutting it off unless I was in darkness. The stairs are steep. All in all, it was a place to flop for the night, get ready for the next day, so one night wasn't bad for the price during summer. It was about half the cost of the other places in town I've stayed at. It has a pool on the other side of the building although I didn't use it It is easy to find, easy to get to, easy to get out of. Cheap which is what I needed that night.
