We had to stay in the area when visiting colleges. What a great place! Rooms were clean, well kept and quiet. Small strip mall and WalMart right next door for convenience, and variety of restaurants within 5 minute drive. Great family destination. We would definitely stay here again.

We were on our way back to Canada and decided to stay one night here to rest. The bed was comfy, the bath is huge, staff is one of the nicest one around and has a couple of food options around it.

Weekend to Grandma's Birthday Party (101)Posted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: location, location,location
Location: close to the city of Watertown, nearby places to eat and a mall to walk off the excesses.
Very good experience, pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff, and the location (easy to find, easy to get into and out of, and the nearby attractions were nice).

Not so Dog Friendly HotelPosted Jul 7, 2013
Pros: Dinette was acceptable, nothing fancy but fridge / some plates / stove top. What you would expect of any military serving hotel.
Cons: Both rooms were roughly 125$/night each. Which makes the 75$ non-refundable pet fee (I have a 4lb toy poodle) a joke.
Location: Stay at another hotel if you are traveling with pets.
So I booked two rooms at this hotel for the hotel weekend as this is near the base. Both rooms were roughly 125$/night each. Which makes the 75$ non-refundable pet fee (I have a 4lb toy poodle) a joke. Spoke to the front desk as they wanted to hold my dog as she was so cute, and I said I'd have to charge them 75$ to hold her because their pet policy is a joke. Had I known this before, I would have picked another hotel. Dinette was acceptable, nothing fancy but fridge / some plates / stove top. What you would expect of any military serving hotel. Bottom line: If you are traveling with a pet, stay somewhere else. Otherwise, this hotel is a I would say absolutely average.
