“Bad Location”

The hotel and room was okay but the location is what really hurts. I had a room on the backside of the hotel which happens to face directly at the interchange of I-164 and the Lloyd's Expressway. The background noise of the traffic was alway constant. 24/7! Even over the TV playing. The complementary breakfast also left little to be desired. If you want a decent breakfast, ther is pleanty of chain restuarants nearby.

“Comfortable & Clean, Good Enough for Us”

The room & bath were clean. The bed was comfy. It was quiet. There was a water stain on the ceiling in the corner, but otherwise nice. I had read reviews that the hotel did not have DoNotDisturb signs for the door... well, our room DID have one and we put it out both days and were not disturbed:). Another review said little-to-no hot water; we had plenty of hot water and the hotel was supposedly booked (parking lot seemed kinda empty, though!). Also, we loved having the fridge and microwave, we have an 11 mo old and needed use of both. We brought our own PNP for baby to sleep in and used the 2nd bed for all of our luggage & baby stuff. We felt the room was spacious with the three of us. My brother and his wife & baby stayed on level 1 of the hotel in the last available room,a handicapped room w/ king bed. Their room seemed a lot smaller. Their bathroom was huge (for wheelchair access) and it took up a lot of the space form the room. We were there to visit family for 3 days over thanksgiving, and we did not need use of the workout room or care that there wasn't an indoor pool. The breakfast was OK. We had no trouble with the front desk butthe TV in my bro's room would not work the 2nd night, and the front desk basically said OK but did nothing about it. Overall, we would stay here again unless we planned on spending a lot of time at the hotel, then we would pick somewhere with a pool.

“Felt very welcome”

Check-in was super, everyone was really polite. In our room for 1/2 hr. when phone rang, it was the front desk asking if we found everything to our satisfaction. Wow, never had that before. Room was basic, but very comfy. Breakfast was more than I thought for a "continental style", had sausages, gravy & biscuits, cereal, yogurt and even make your own waffles! Will stay there again. Lloyd Expressway right out near us, but we didn't have any outdoor noise at all. A big thanks to everyone at Baymont Inn!!

Room was cramped. Could not close closet door if you hung clothes. Out of eggs at breakfast. Staff was not helpful or friendly.

Very comfortable and clean. In a nice are that is very convient and close to downtown.

No indoor pool or spa. Business center is in a room with no ventilation.

I needed a hotel room for an overnight business trip. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Towels and sheets were clean. The room was quiet and the breakfast was of decent quality. Everything went well.
