Hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Stayed one night for business travel. Check-in and service was very good. Only issue I had was that there was no desk in the room. Just an empty space where a work desk probably was intended.

room was comfortable and quiet. Location offers easy access to main thoroughfares, in an area of multiple hotels. Breakfast was exceedingly generous and delicious.

Walls and doors are very thin. I could here my neighbors at 11:30pm blow drying hair in the bathroom and coming in and out multiple times.

poor customer sevice

i mistakenly left two phone chargers in my room i called the evening after i checked out to notify the hotel and to see if they would ship them to me i provided a shipping lable. i was told to call the nest day and still was given a runaround that nothing was found int he room then mysteriously one of them was found in the room be they did not have procedures to get items back to guest. i suspec that the houskeeping staff picks the items left behind for perosnal use and nothig is ever sent back to guest. Im just thankful i didnt leave anything else of more value. i will not be staying with this chain again and i travel for buiness several times a month. Comfort Inn has lost a good customer.!
