I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn several times with family and friends. The staff is always ready to help with any questions. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are large and very comfortable.

Overall our stay was great. Room and bath very nice. Bed was just ok on comfort. Check in was a nightmare because they allowed traveling teams late check outs and our room was not ready until sometime after 6pm (check in time was 3). So we had to readjust our evening on campus which was not fun and didn’t get in until after 9. Staff was great through the whole thing but they were stressed. Please don’t overbook your hotel! Otherwise we would totally stay here again.

All was reasonably good. Placement of the soap dispensers in the shower was poor. You run into the bottles as you are showering. The coffee in the room had poor flavor. Possibly due to the tap water flavor.

Nice stay despite blip in reservation
Quick trip into town, one night stay. Reserved 2 rooms and emailed confirmation said 2 rooms, but when we arrived, only one room was reserved. Fortunately there was another room available. Otherwise, everything was great.

Friendly staff
The staff at this Fairfield were all very friendly and kind. High marks for that for sure. The bed and pillows left a lot to be desired….very firm mattress and super flat pillows. For one night it was all fine. Nice breakfast in the morning.

One I entered my room I pulled the sheets back and saw dirty sheets and a used Q-tip. I immediately returned to front desk and requested a new room and upon arriving in my new room the pillow cases looked to be dirty.

Renovation work was in progress on my floor. The contractors were friendly and courteous. However, the 0730 hour construction work time on Saturday morning wasn't pleasant after an all day drive the day before. The hotel breakfast staff was outstanding-friendly and helpful.
