“Incredible bargain, superior quality”

The service was excellent, the room was absolutely immaculate, and the decor was beautiful! Very good quality for the price. I thought about booking a room at another hotel (one that I would normally stay at) but thought the price there was a bit steep. In my opinion, the Jameson Inn was quite compable to the higher priced chain; not much difference at all. Hands down, the Jameson Inn delivered what was expected and actually exceeded my expectations. I will stay there again when in the Evansville area!

My family and I meet about 3 or 4 times each year in Evansville, Ind. We have stayed at several hotels in the area and this one was by far the best. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. I will be staying here from now on.

“Don't judge a book by it's cover”

The hotel looks a little older from the outside, but is like new on the inside. I am very happy with the condition of my room, along with the amenities. There is a snack shop that is open 24 hours a day just behind the check in desk, continental breakfast, fridge/microwave/coffee pot in each room, etc. The location is convenient to many restaurant and shopping options and is not hard to find -- especially never having been to Evansville before.

I am very particular when it comes to choosing a hotel. I was not familiar with Jameson Inn before finding it during a search on Expedia.com. Normally I would lean toward staying at a larger chain with a good reputation, but the travelers' reviews of the Jameson Inn in Evansville, IN were convincing enough for me to break my habit and give them a chance. I was very impressed. With everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would have to say my room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in, be it in a hotel or condo. Even the pillows were fluffy-and remained that way after you put your head on them. My only two MINOR complaints would be: 1-The bed was a bit too firm, and, 2-The hotel is a little hard to find along the street. Both the hotel and their sign sit back off the road and are behind a Bob Evans restaurant. I had to call the hotel to get help finding them, but they were more than happy to guide me right to their door. I would definitely consider staying at a Jameson Inn in the future.
