The staff are friendly including housekeeping. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not really my favorite but ok. Property is about 5 minutes away from restaurants since it’s on the highway.

I didn’t even want to bring in the suitcase. It was dusty and dirty. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty. There was even a booger smeared on the comforter and the way for me to see! I’m very disappointed this time with my room, especially for the price I paid

The pictures of the property do not look like the same property. It was somewhat clean but, the phones in the room did not work. Friends of mine called and the manager told them the phones were disconnected. I personally would never stay there again.

Most uncomfortable bed have ever "tried" to sleep on, Flimsy pillows. The TV barley worked. We got a room with a hot tub. The tubs jets were half working. Secondary exit door had such a gap that anyone not staying at hotel could and did open. Tiny room that was a huge disappointment for $165. WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

No smoke alarm. Latch on door fell off as soon as we opened the door. Stains on blanket. Vinyl floor dirty. Socks were soiled when walking on floor. It was 92 degrees when we walked into room. Turned on air - it only cooled it to 80 degrees.

Off the beaten path from the interstate. Small and quiet hotel. Room was exceptionally clean. Shower was great! The Manager was very helpful and accommodating.

After waiting for over 15 minutes yelling and shouting for someone to check in the front desk gate was closed and dialing the phone only rung to the front desk where no one was at. Contacted Expedia and finally being able to reach the front agent he came strolling from around the wall in pjs and no shoes giving attitude like we just woke him up. We asked him if he was just behind the wall why didn’t he come when he heard us shouting he said it didn’t matter. I know for a fact that is not the first time he has done that will not be the last. Room is a mess blood on walls boogers on bathroom wall. I would not stay here. Only reason we did was last room that could hold all of us 6 and we checked In at 2am.

Dirt cheap lives up to the hype.
When we found it on the site for such a good price, I thought it was too good to be true. And I was right. The lack of cars in the parking lot should have been a red flag. The room was spacious enough, but the beds were hard. It was like trying to sleep on a slab of concrete. The coffee maker was about trashed. There were only 10 watchable channels on the TV, with no local channels at all. The free breakfast was a joke. The cereal was stale. The toaster didn't toast. And the fruit looked like they bought it two weeks ago. And then, there's the ants. At the breakfast counter. In our room. In the hallway. EVERYWHERE! I can assure you, I will NOT be staying there again.

Front desk was very nice. Reminded me of a nursing home walking to my room. Say down to eat in room. Didn’t even unpack. Roaches on pop can and then in our box of food. Grabbed our stuff walked out. Received refund.

Where is desk clerk?
Arrived at motel an hour after check-in time began. Found nobody at desk. No bell to ring, so I yelled, "HELLO?" several times with no response. Walked down hallway, couldn't find anyone. Yelled, "IS ANYONE HERE?!?" down the halls....nothing. Finally a young boy asked me what i wanted.

Toilet paper and soap was very cheap. Multiple spiders in room. Water was high pressure and warm. Staff was nice but staff family stares at you when you're in your car. Breakfast was free but not much more than waffles or cereal. TV, fridge, and AC all worked well. Bed was stained and uncomfortable, pillows sucked. Room floor was hard with no carpet.

We came down to Mt. Vernon for a family wedding. Upon arrival, we were a little concerned with the place looking outdated. However, upon entering the hotel, many updates are being made. The weight room and swimming pool were under renovation. The room was CLEAN and the staff was friendly. The price was also very reasonable. We were even able to have a late checkout! If we have to return to the area, this no-frills place is where we will stay again!

The first night the tv was poor didnt get but 2 channels on tv. There was an odd smell to the hotel. The second night we came back after our daughters wedding to find roach on the night stand and several in the bathroom. When i informed front desk in morning when they opened all i was told was they where sorry.

There is simply no other way to say it - this Is a sub standard, trashy, low quality hotel. It is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed in in my life. It is terribly run down, smelly, and the service was non-existent. The usual expected amenities were promised and not delivered. Internet was so slow as to be on usable. Breakfast consisted of bagels and a do it your self waffle machine. We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned at all. We did not receive clean towels for the second day. There was never any staff available at the front desk. The place was so bad we actually packed up on the second night and drove 500 miles to be in our home. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! As a sidenote to Travelocity: this establishment should be removed from your website. No one should ever stay here, ever.

The property was decent. I feel frustrated because I paid for a nonsmoking room and clearly someone had smoked in that room previously.! I cannot handle allergens, such as, smoke and woke up about every 45 mins throughout the night because my nose was severely “stopped up.”

Overall appears very clean. TV gets no local/network, only a few news, shopping and movie stations. Shower has good water pressure, drain very slow. Ankle deep by end. Sink drain slow too. Has desk, but no light near it.
