Cheap, comfortable, but it's extended stay

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Price and location to what I was in town for.
Cons: The smell.
Location: The cities of Newburgh and Evansville have just about every store and restaurant. This hotel is within 15 minutes of all of it.
I booked this hotel because of the price and location. We had two rooms and both were clean and comfortable. However, the front entry smelled and this hotel being an extended stay hotel has tenants that kind of come across a little questionable. The smell may have been because the rooms are equipped to live in, so could have been food people cook. I would probably stay here again, but bring my air freshener next time.

Nice, Convenient and Affordable

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Stayed here for 3 nights on Vacation to Holiday World. Its 50 mins away and has restaurants around the hotels location. So don't mind the drive back and forth and the staff is cool and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

A place to sleep...!

Posted Apr 23, 2014
I was there while working. The place was nice, with a friendly staff. It was cold when I was there, so naturally I sought heat. Theunits in my room wasn't up to par. If that worked properly, my stay would have been more enjoyable. Update your units people.

Was aprehensive at first onky because its not in walking distance to anything. However there are buses and cabs. The laundry on site is very conveinient and tge studio setting feels just like an apartment. The security of the building itself is def a plus and tge no tolerence with drugs and alcohol i love as well. This is perfect for transitioning into a place wether single couple or with a child.

Stayed 3 weeks

Posted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: Price and location.
Cons: A small recliner would be a welcome addition to my room
Location: Close to Interstate highway and a large city street that has numerous resturants and stores.
Stay was OK. Could have been more comfortable if there was a soft chair in room. Cable TV listing was out of date. But overall I was satisfied for the price I paid and have booked another 3 week stay.

Nice, Secure Extended Stay Hotel

Posted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Security; Laundry facility
Cons: Staff friendliness; vending machines
Location: Hard to find entrance road to hotel, but super close to restaurants, grocery, etc. Good location.
Clean room. Nice kitchen. I brought all utensils and pots/pans/cups/bowls/coffee pot, etc...otherwise you have to buy them from the hotel. You also have to buy a coffee pot (which you get to keep) if you want coffee, which I think should come standard w/ the room, but you ARE getting what you pay for, which is why the price is so good. The vending machines were OK, but all the numbers seemed to be slightly off which then makes you pick the wrong food item :( Prices in the machine MUST have been off too, because the prices were just ridiculous. They have laundry facility, which was great and no more expensive then your neighborhood laundromat. You have to have a key to get in the hotel (besides the front door to talk to the receptionist) which was nice and made us feel more secure w/ three small children. They also do a run of your license at check in to be sure no child molesters stay there. Sounds strange, but again, w/ such good prices - I'm sure you would get some "characters" that would try to stay there. Overall a good experience.

Clean hotel but lots of fees.

Posted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: The room was very clean.
Cons: More cleaning of common areas, better beds and fixing of a/c unit.
Location: The location was close to the highway so you could get to restaurants, gas stations and shopping in a short amount of time.
The hotel was clean but there were extra fees that wasn't mentioned on the website. Bed was very short and the a/c unit dripped all night. Also, the entrance to the hotel was very hard to find, you could see it from the highway but had to go around the block to get the the side street where the entrance was.

Awesome place to stay!!!

Posted Aug 28, 2012
Pros: The cleanliness of the room, lobby and grounds.
Cons: There is not one.
Staff was very helpful and the place was so clean I was surprised. It was cleaner then some of the big expensive hotels we have been at. I will use this place again and again, I will also tell all our friends. I am very pleased with our stay!!!
