“May 2010 stay”

I very impressed by this hotel. Very roomy and very clean. I travel weekly for business and this hotel definately lived up to my standards. We stayed in May 2010 and will be returning in August 2010. The rooms are very big, clean, no smell and it is a wionderful country setting next to a nice creek.

The staff was very nice and friendly and very accomodating to us. The only complaint I have is that they don't have a coffee maker in the room. Having seen only our room, I felt like I was staying in more than a two star motel. There was a country setting feeling yet we were less than a half mile from all kinds of shopping and dining. I highly recommend The Monroe Motel and would stay there again if I'm in the area.

Newly renovated large clean room with fridge, country setting no noise. Overall very nice motel.

This motel was more than adequate for an overnight stay. It has a 50's look to it and is real bare bones. If you are looking for more than a place to sleep this might not be the place, but it was very clean and quiet and comfortable.

Staff was very nice and courteous. Room was clean and smelled nice. Will go back on regular basis. Only down side is that it shares property with several dilapidated older mobile homes. Other than that a reasonable value.

I fill the motel is under rated I think it should be given a rating of a 3 rating. the owners are doing thier best to make a great place to stay

“Quaint Little Motel with Large Rooms”

A great and inexpensive little motel on the river in Monroe Washington. The rooms are very clean and large, plenty of room for a large family. I would certainly stay again!

“Monroe Motel -Friendly place in Monroe”

The Staff was very nice to us during our stay. There is no real in-Hotel amenities but there is an Albertson's Store within walking distance. The room was clean and remodeled inside the back yard was nice and has water running through a stream with wild life. We had a nice stay with two double beds the room has a small fridge but bring a coffee machine as that is not in the room.

Not the fancy hotel but clean and in a great location for my needs. I would have loved to have the coffee pot in the room but made out okay. Towels are a bit small but location is close to grocery and fast food. I do miss having a clock in the room but was able to use my cell for wake up calls. Hotel and cleaning staff truly showed great customer service. I will go back for my next visit.
