The staff is always friendly (I've stayed there several times) and they offer hot chocolate, coffee, and tea plus apples 24 hours. They have homemade cookies in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning. If you stay a few days the breakfast varies a bit each day (ham, sausage or eggs, different types of potatoes, different types of eggs) plus their staple waffles (you make them on their grill in 3 minutes), fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc). The rooms are always clean with good sized towels, lots of pillows, and comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet.

My wife and I had travelled down to the keys having paid higher and two slightly lower rates. air was our last stopover before driving back to friends in Parrish Everything about the suites was a breath of fresh air from our hotels. THANK YOU hampton Suites

“Always like Hampton inns”

You can depend on their great beds and clean rooms, plus the better-than-usual hotel breakfasts. But I've never stayed in a hotel with no movie-watching capability. Traveling with young grandchildren, I like to let them settle with a movie before bed. It's a big treat for them in a hotel. So we were disappointed that this one had no children's channels and you couldnt "rent" a movie.

“Best hotel I've ever stayed in!”

I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms over the years and there have been some good ones. However, there are usually a few small things with each hotel I'd like to improve. That wasn't the case here. This hotel was excellent, from the extremely comfortable beds to the excellent breakfasts. The staff were helpful and friendly and the overall experience was 150% Five stars aren't enough, This hotel deserves six!

“Very Nice”

This hotel was nicely appointed and the staff was very helpful. We needed some help because their business center computer was blocking .pdf's and we needed to print our ship boarding passes. The gal behind the desk was happy to do it for us. The breakfast was a nice surprise. It wasn't just the usual continental you usually get for free. It also wasn't just the addition of many newer hotels of the Do-It-Yourself Waffle. They had bagel toppers (bagels with eggs, cheese and ham bits), french toast sticks, mini cheese omelets, sausage as well as fresh fruits and melons. The location was great. It was right off of a major highway but it was a nice neighborhood that I felt safe in. There were two drug stores across the street and a Publix grocery store. An Olive Garden and steakhouse were within walking distance. There was a full mini-mall in the same complex. Very nice! The pool was outdoors and heated and varied in depth down to 5 1/2 feet which was a nice change. We initially thought we would have liked a hot tub but the pool was not cold which took away some of the need for one. We were very happy with this stay!!!

“Standards mostly met...”

This is just off the highway and easy enough to access - know in advance that it is a place to stay for a night while en-route and nothing more. The room A/C is the type that more or less blows toward the bed if it is on - and the fan does not cycle off with the cooling - which annoys us... The shower door also fell off its track, I think I fixed it... There were a lot of pretty loud teens who were taking part in a softball tournament who stayed up a lot later than we did.... so that may have made the A/C fan more annoying than usual...

“Great location for exploring the Everglades.”

Very clean and quiet. Excellent choice of places to eat, and easy access to the Everglades for a day trip. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and well serviced. Pool was clean and heated. There was a large beauty pageant there but you would not have known it--the meeting facilities were nicely separated from the rooms.

Excellent place to stay while visiting the Park. Proximity of Hotel to restaurants and Mall and Supermarkets was superb. Hotel was clean and inviting to guests.
