“Most pleasant hotel during our entire vacation!”

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted courteously and promptly. The room was immaculate and beautiful. The entire hotel was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious and the selection was wonderful. We did have trouble with our television that was corrected within MINUTES! I would gladly stay here again! Wonderful experience!

“BEst of all our stopovers”

My wife and I had travelled down to the keys having paid higher and two slightly lower rates. air was our last stopover before driving back to friends in Parrish Everything about the suites was a breath of fresh air from our hotels. THANK YOU hampton Suites

“Great, modern hotel”

Excellent, everything you could want in a hotel - quiet well appointed rooms, air conditioning that works well, helpful polite staff, a good cooked complimentary breakfast, complimentary cookies when you come in in the afternoon, complimentary coffee etc in reception, including decafineated coffee and tea. A hotel you would like to take around with you. Only slight downside is paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast but that's nothing compared to all the plus points. It's also a good base for visiting the Everglades and Key Largo.

“Ideal Hotel for South Everglades”

Chose to stay in Homestead as we had previously stayed in the area. Hotel was almost new and very easy to find only 1/4 mile or so from Florida Turnpike. we did not notice any noise from the Turnpike. There is a Walgreens, CVS, McDonlads and large Publix just across the street and places to eat just the otherside of the Turnpike. The reception was excellent, the room and public area all very clean, the breakfast was probably the best free (ie included in the price) hotel breakfast I have experienced, all the usual fare Danish, assorted cereals, limited amount of cooked, toast, bagels, waffle maker etc. Brilliant. It is pretty close to the South Everglades it took about 15 minutes to the National Park entrance, Shark Valley was about 45 minutes away, but an easy drive. All in all we found it to be a great hotel, I have no affliation with Hampton Inns & Suites, in fact this is the first time I have stayed in one of their hotels. It will not be the last.

“Will be back soon!”

The staff is always friendly (I've stayed there several times) and they offer hot chocolate, coffee, and tea plus apples 24 hours. They have homemade cookies in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning. If you stay a few days the breakfast varies a bit each day (ham, sausage or eggs, different types of potatoes, different types of eggs) plus their staple waffles (you make them on their grill in 3 minutes), fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc). The rooms are always clean with good sized towels, lots of pillows, and comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet.

“Great place to stay, and the perfect Keys gateway.”

We used this hotel as our starting point for our Florida Keys vacation. We landed in Lauderdale on the Friday and our reservation in Marathon Key was not until Saturday. This was the perfect place to go for this. The front desk staff were super, the hotel was very clean and new, the room was comfortable, clean and best of all, quiet. The hotel is right across the street from a small strip mall that has, among other things, a grocery store, which was great to stock up for our condo the next day in Marathon. The morning breakfast that was included was the normal for a hotel breakfast and we enjoyed the cereal, fresh fruit, etc., sitting outside overlooking the pool. We would suggest this hotel for sure.

“Always like Hampton inns”

You can depend on their great beds and clean rooms, plus the better-than-usual hotel breakfasts. But I've never stayed in a hotel with no movie-watching capability. Traveling with young grandchildren, I like to let them settle with a movie before bed. It's a big treat for them in a hotel. So we were disappointed that this one had no children's channels and you couldnt "rent" a movie.

“weird experience”

the only "weird" experience was that we got to the room and about an hour later someone came and open the door - my husband was on his underwear and was so shocked that he couldn't say nothing. We report it to the front desk when leaving. My husband said it was one of the maintenance guys as we saw him before at the front dest.

“Good hotel with free parking and breakfast included in the rate.”

We booked a room with a bay view that was very nice. Hopefully the bar was closed and the hotel was quiet. Unfortunatly we think that it could be very noisy in the evening.

“Location the only negative.”

The hotel was clean and the staff responded to requests immediately. Complimentary breakfast had something for everyone. The only negative was the location was really close to the Florida Turnpike which made for a noisy pool area.
