Well improved on the hotel conditions. Nicely done I must say. Still need help in the area of customer service and you all will be five star in my book considering the area.

Afraid to go to bed

Posted Feb 6, 2015
The location was good with easy and quick check in. The room was filthy. I don't even think it had been cleaned from the previous guest. The sheets and pillow cases had lots of stains. I was glad I had my owntowels because the ones in the room were stained and dirty. TThat was my first and last stay at a Knights Inn.

Avoid this place at all costs

Filthy rooms. There were no towels in our room. The neighborhood looked shady.

You get what you pay for?

Pros: nice pool
Cons: everything
The outwardly appearance of the motel looks like your average decent motel but once you step foot inside your room it's a bit different. I could clearly see the floor hadn't been swept in awhile, there was no trash can in the room, the TV had no remote control, there was no coffee maker, microwave, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner or lotion samples and the tub had mold all around it not to mention the inside of the shower curtain was nasty. The motel advertised a continental breakfast from 7-9 am, both morning I walked over the office doors were locked until almost 8:30 and all that was served was coffee, orange juice, bread for toasting and a small box of muffins all cut up in chunks? day old maybe. It appears the entire hotel was remodeled perhaps four or so years ago but that the current owner just doesn't care about spending any money to properly care and maintain the property. Oh and the police were there twice during our stay. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay- this would be it, just take all your own amenities/

Mærkeligt sted

Posted Aug 16, 2014 on Hotels.com

Hotel was undergoing renovations

Posted Aug 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was undergoing renovations and there was construction all over the parking lot. The room floor was so dirty that my baby got black feet from walking on it; needless to say, my wife and I did not let him walk on the floor again. The bathtub was atrocious. It looked like it had been beaten, scratched up, and it was filthy. We had to scour it out with our own cleaner that we bought. There were no towels in the room, we had to go and ask for them. The remote didn't work with the tv; however, the hotel was nice enough to switch out the tv and the remote for a pair that worked together. There was an ice cream machine there that didn't work. That was a disappointment for my kids. The pool was sparkling clean though and my family enjoyed it before we were chased out by a thunderstorm. We were comfortable enough for a place to just sleep during the night, but I would not want to be trapped in this room for more than that.

ユニットバスに穴が開いてた。 部屋に冷蔵庫は有るが、電子レンジ、ドライヤーはありません。 あまり安全な感じではないので、女性、子供連れにはお勧めしません。

Worst Hotel Ever!

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Overall service and everything else needs improvement.
Location: Key West and Miami is near by.
No daily room service or at least changing towels. When asked, they conveniently said that they only clean rooms once a week. Breakfast is so bad, Just toast and juice.
