Hotel is not new but is well maintained.Looks like the exterior was freshly painted.Room was clean and well maintained.Nice areas to sit around pool.Staff we dealt with were friendly.Good stay

“First Time in Miami”

Was safe and comfortable; the only thing I didn't appreciate was that there was only an outside entrance to rooms which was not indicated on the website.

If you don't want to pay the high fees for being in Miami this is a great alternative only 30 minutes away just off the turnpike. Clean, pretty, great service, nice rooms. A #10 for the price and the service. Breakfast was very good as well. Loved it and would go back there at a heart beat. It is worth traveling 30 min. to downtown Miami. You can get some dumps out there. But this was just great.

made spot, same day booking via Expedia - the only web provider who offered them despite the highest season (North-East mid winter recess), hotel was clean, and pleasing with superb location for Everglades and Key West.

Not a bad place. Looks like they have been upgrading it. The breakfast was good (had bacon and eggs). Fridge did not have a freezer section.

“Worth the money”

The hotel is within walking distance to a couple fast food restaurants, and a super Wal-Mart is a few blocks away. Very convenient. It's the gateway to Everglade NP and the Keys as well. The room was large enough; it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it's what I had expected. I'll definitely recommend it to others.
