It is really surprised me. A wonderful hotel!

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: The restroom is so wonderful!
Cons: No
Location: It is near the national park and outlets.
Trust Ramada for ever. I once use Ramada in Turkey and China. This time I just choose it no matter the price and others. I got a gift from this order!

Great Staff & Location

Posted Apr 11, 2014
Pros: Location & Price. Great breakfast.
Cons: The pool was a little chilly.
Location: Close to restaurants, outlet shopping. Go to the Robert Is Here fruit stand to get a fresh fruit milkshake (the strawberry key lime was awesome)
We booked this hotel to be close to the Everglades NP and Biscayne NP. The hotel staff was great! They got a room ready so that we could check in early and gave us a few ideas of where to visit while they got it ready for us. When they cleaned our room they added a nice personal touch of folding up my son's blanket and putting hit stuffed kitty on top, he had a big smile when he came in and seen them.

Comfortable Hotel, Good start point to Florida Key

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Great Staff.
Location: Plenty shops nearby. Short drive to the start of the Florida Keys. It's a bit out of Miami so be prepared for a drive. Avoid peak hour travel times.
We were upgraded to a Non Smoking room after first night! Staff were very understanding and helped us with some lost property after the room change. house keeping were efficient. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating and above average Coffee. Free parking and Internet. Good Value for the price.

Never again - Ramada is very different in the USA

Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: Convenience to major (escape) routes
Cons: You can't improve the location without social engineering but the security and hotel can be improved by demolition & putting the room entrances inside
Location: Convennient for the maximum security state penitentiary and Everglades alligator park - the latter is highly recommended less than hour from Key Largo
Oh dear. Easy enough to find but the area is not good/ downright dangerous. The facilities and the state of the hotel is not what we expect from the Ramada brand. Ideally situated for a quick getaway in the morning.

So far from the beaches

I don't like it. Every night, I had to go to the front desk to reactivate my keys. Thhgfdgbbbbhgffvghhgtfrfggggffhhgfghy Ftgh

Tacky

Posted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: Free breakfast King bed
Cons: Bad smell Poor internet connection Loud staff
Location: Good for both Biscayne and Everglades National Parks and Key Largo
Immediately upon opening the door to our room we were greeted with a musty, foul smell. It smelled like a combination of sweat, musty carpet, and smoke. If you've stayed at a cheap smelly hotel before, you will know what I mean. It was on a busy corner, but quiet enough for sleeping. The free breakfast was simple but edible though the dining room was overcrowded and there were three ladies from the hotel staff sharply debating about something while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. The free internet had a poor signal in our room and I had to take my laptop to the lobby to connect. I've stayed at a nearby hotel in the past that was much better for the price.

It was ok....nothing bad nor good. The hotel was old but clean & served our purpose as a one night stay while on our way to the Keys.

Rooms are old. Matresses are horrible. Location ok

Good location but hotel needs a general update. Rooms are completely outdated. Matresses are horrible and bath is to small. Staff is friendly tough. Breakfast ok.
