"The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were all very clean. However, when we pulled into the development we knew we were not going to stay. The grounds and building exteriors we not up to VRBO standards. Open dumpsters in the parking lot, a tennis court in shambles, it reminded us of a welfare motel. The neighborhood was not that good either. It certainly was not ( as advertised) a "Tropical Getaway." We have been using VRBO for ~ 20 years all over the US and in Europe. This is twice we have been disappointed although last time this happened it was the interior and not the grounds or development that let us down. WE were familiar with the building and location in that instance. Here it was our first time visiting the area so we didn't know about the neighborhood or the development. The other issue we had was that there was no lock box on the unit. Rather it was open with the keys inside. As check in isn't until 4 pm ( we didn't arrive until 7 pm) what would stop someone who might live in the development from coming in and making a copy of the key? Then coming back when we were out or even worse while we were inside. It was not really a vacation rental development but rather a run down residential development. We forfeited our three nights payment and checked into a Hilton. When I reviewed the listing that night I noticed that none of pictures accurately portrayed the conditions of the buildings and grounds. Not recommended by me."

"This property has 2 master bedrooms on the main floor and 2 queens upstairs, plus the loft. This was the perfect home for our families to gather and celebrate birthdays. The backyard was a private tropical oasis for all our cookouts, game nights and relaxation. Loved it!"
