Got lost since address do not like GPS's but a quick call put on the right track, staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean. Stay just one night but pretty sure we will like it even if stayed longer.

Not what I was expecting

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Expedia said 12.9 miles to New Hope (which is where we wanted to stay but rooms were booked) - it took about 30 minutes to drive in, longer than we were hoping for. The hotel was crowded with lots of children everywhere, in the lobby, by the pool, in the halls. The rooms appear to be designed for long-term stays ... kitchenettes, cabinets, tables, etc. Hotel staff was snarky at times. Definitely not up to Westin standards in my experience.

Hotel is 15 minutes away from Sesame Place. Can definitely cook if you want as there is a full kitchen.

Ok hotel between Philly and Princeton

Hotel looked nice on paper but has seen better days. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. Sticky furniture, floors and doors. Never any towels at the pool. We had to ask for towels 3x both times we went. Not enough plates and silverware for breakfast. We had to stand in line and wait for plates, etc. We asked several times for another set of towels for our room. We were told that there weren't any clean ones. I took some clean hand towels off a maid cart for us to use. The bathroom was nice, but not practical. The glass shower doors meant no one else could use the bathroom while someone was in the shower. When you're traveling with three kids, that doesn't work. Maybe I was just there on an off weekend, but the whole stay was a hassle.

It's about the staff

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem I had with three weekends at this hotel. The only annoying thing is the maids on the door at 930am and don't give up
