Very large well appointed hotel

Room was clean and big and very well appointed with two pitfalls. There was a toenail clipping on the floor ( that my husband hid so I didn't freak out) and every time I moved the bed squeaked to the point that both my husband and daughter were exhausted by morning. The manager was very very apologetic and offered us another night in the house however we were flying out but I aporeciated the offer. I felt they took out concerns seriously and believe that they fixed these issues promptly. I actually liked the hotel and breakfast was great so I woujd try staying there again:)

3rd time wasn't the charm

The first time I went to this hotel back in 2013, it was absolutely gorgeous. The area was beautiful and close to Hampton beach and the hotel was very well maintained. I went the following year and it did not disappoint. However, this year was a different story. I booked the king suit room and it was nothing more than a queen room with a table. The last time I went the room was twice as big, so a huge dissappointment there. The breakfast was worse than something you'd get at McDonald's and the room cleaning staff was slow. My girlfriend and I left the hotel at 11 and came back at 5 and the staff did not get to our room yet. We opted out of the cleaning and just got new towels. For the price you pay, you won't be getting anything less than a 2 star hotel from them.

Very clean and comfortable

Pros: I liked the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the availability of good coffee.
Cons: I cannot think of anything to improve on. I will stay there the next time I am in Exeter.
Location: The location was fine. Not right downtown, but convenient enough. Dunkin Donuts next door and two major drugstores very close.
The staff was very friendly. I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel as I was in Exeter to visit family and friends over the holiday. I would leave in the morning and return at bedtime to find the room cleaned and things put back in order. The continental breakfast was very good.

Awesome!

Pros: New and tastefully decorated.
Cons: No improvement needed.
Location: I was traveling with business and like to have choices for dinner. There are a couple of Mexican restaurants nearby, but the choices are limited.
This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Short visit

Pros: Clean rooms and nice Breakfast
Cons: remove the signs for Hybrid Parking as it is a bit discriminating, because I run a construction company I cannot park in the only spots left in there
Location: Lobster Boar Restaurant was excellent
I arrived at about 8;45 PM the young lady behind the counter was pleasant and also training another person. she was polite and register my right away giving me my room 224 and instructions on were it was as well as all other items related. I went up but getting off the elevator on the second floor I could hear noise coming from down the hall. As I got closer to my room number I the noise was coming from 226, so I turned around and went back to the front desk explained what happened and requested another room she did move me to another floor all together, the only concern I had was her visual demeanor about it, she was verbally polite but her face said other wise.
