Pros: rooms clean
Cons: Coffee pot button had to be pushed with a pen to cut pot on and toilet would not flush all the way!
Location: close to bay and sea side
When checking in, we had a room confirmation for 1 night with a king Bed through Expedia, but instead was given 2 double beds room and blamed me and Expedia for booking on the internet was to blame. I had the confirmation in my hand from Expedia! Being my fault for them giving my room to someone else is hard to swallow!

Hotel on Eastern Shore

Cons: Slow service, rude attendant, adequately prepared room
Location: Great parks and national park
Poor service at desk. Attendant refused to come to speak to us the first time we tried to check in - we were approximately 20 minutes early. When we returned to the hotel about an hour later, she was slowly checking in two other groups. She then took a phone call while we continued to wait. When we were finally assigned a room, it had one bed; not two. I was forced to go out to the car and made to prove that this was not what I had reserved. Room was then changed under duress. We were moved from one far corner of the hotel to the other far corner including a flight of steps. There was a sign posted out front of hotel for $79.95. The attendant refused to discuss an adjustment to our $100 registration amount. When we got to the room, we had to ask for tissues - there were only three in the box in the room. There was only one trash can to be shared by the bathroom and bedroom.

A little disappointed.

I reserved 2 king rooms and confirmed per phone to the motel. When I arrived I had 2 double rooms. Another man in lobby had wife and son with him, and had reserved double room. I ask motel employee to change our rooms would solve our problem for one of our rooms. He did. He said they were swamped.

The room was awful...heater, wifi, door lock and room phone did not work. Staff was not helpful except for one staff member Virginia. Breakfast buffet was not replenished so you had to go early if you wanted any food. Not a good experience at all for the price of the rooms. There are too many good hotels to waste your resources on this one until the staff start taking an interest in the comfort of their guests.
