Parking was always available. The lobby was inviting. The had a bar open until 10PM. Snack bar open until 2AM. The place was well lit. The beds were extrememly comfortable. They had a well stocked breakfast. The high speed internet was very reliable.

My family loved this hotel. The pool was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast in the morning was great. Self-serve waffles lots of things that I've never seen at a continental breakfast before.

“Brandywine Christmas”

A very nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel had a small store with necessaries, snacks, wine and beer. The complementary breakfast was excellent; much more than is usually offered: eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal and a variety of coffees. The hotel was close to all the places we wanted to visit. We would certainly stay there again.

I was a bit skeptical while making the reservation and was expecting an average place. But this place really exceeded the expectations with friendly staff, clean and neat rooms, comfortable bed and temperature.

If you are visiting the Brandywine Valley area just outside of Philadelphia, this hotel is a sure bet. Driving distances to all the Dupont mansions and exhibits in PA and Delaware are a 20-30 minute drive at the most. Good continental breakfast, except maybe for the pre-cooked scrambled eggs. Coffee and tea were always available. Very friendly staff at check in. The hotel offers a choice of not changing your sheets and towels everyday to help the environment, but when we attempted to do this, we found that each day our linens had been changed regardless. Not a deal breaker, but we were just trying to help the environment. I understand this hotel was recently renovated as well. I would recommend them if you are visiting the area.

The only thing that I was unhappy about was that there was no local cab company that would drive you from the hotel to the bars.
