My one issue was the breakfast. The coffee station where I poured a cup of coffee was full of grounds on the bottom of the cup I was drinking from. I almost gaged trying to remove them from my mouth. Proper care of the equipment is needed.

The hotel interior is expansive and well maintained. The parking lot is in much need of repair. Access is difficult if your southbound on the interstate, but manageable if you know the side roads in. Immediate surroundings appear secure, in a residential area. No true breakfast aside from coffee but located near a great diner (Rams Diner) a block north.

The room was nothing like the ones given in the pictures. It was too dirty. I could see cigarette burnt holes on the couch. The floor carpet looked so old and dirty that it is unsafe to walk without shoes. The wifi is of no use. Such a terrible experience.

This is a very low cost and safe, convenient place to stay near WCU. It met my needs exactly. No frills, but it had everything you would expect or need. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean.

Always my Go-To
Had to quickly book after my home experienced a power outage for a day and a half. This is always my go to hotel anyway but always clean, quiet and relaxing.

Overall ok needs updating
Just a place to stay as my gf and I visted my parents in Kennett Square. Bed wasnt too comfortable, building outside needs to be updated. No hot breakfast just grab and go. I may stay somewhere else nicer with better ammenties.

The wifi was not secure, check-in put $100 hold on credit card for incidentals but they would not give a printed receipt when checking out. They said since it was booked through a third party they where unable to give a receipt. There was no breakfast area and the only way to get the breakfast, which was part of price, was to ask. We received a frozen egg and sausage sandwich, granola bar, and bottle of water in a brown bag. The staff was not rude just very useless. Find somewhere else to stay.

Customer service needs work
(1) Our room was almost entered by persons unknown to us due to a staff error. Appreciate them admitting the error but it was a very unpleasant experience to be nearly intruded on in our private space. Other reasons for low rating: (2) lamp not working; (3) staff made no effort to reprogram our keys after they knew they gave our occupied room to another couple of people.

Have stayed here before. Decent property, especially at the price. Wish they would not say “breakfast included”. It’s really just a “grab and go” thing. I prefer to be able to sit down at a table in the hotel.

The front staff was amazing! Josh was very welcoming when I arrived my first night and answered all my questions (not from area). Day staff (lovely lady) was most kind. We shared a pleasant conversation both mornings of my stay (and also assisted with my questions/needs).

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and meet our expectations, the clerk at the desk for check out was very helpful and they had the best grab and go breakfast i have every seen

Ok if you don’t mind the smell of pot/cigarettes
Our “Non-smoking room” smelled like it had been smoked in just prior to our arrival. Walls are very thin so we could hear every bit of our neighbors’ escapades…including the giggles when one of them hit the smoke to hard and had a coughing fit. Halls away from the lobby smell strongly of pot. If you don’t mind the smell of cigarets or pot then it will do in an emergency. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

It’s obviously an older facility but the room was adequate. Lighting was ok but one lamp was out. Breakfast was minimal so more selection would have been nice. Otherwise we did fine and were glad it was a bargain.
