“Pleasant Staff”

I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good too.

All was as expected and there was extra courtesy and accomodations for my elderly father traveling with us. Hotel was convenient, friendly, clean and very comfortable.

Surprisingly comfortable,clean and convenient for us. Enjoyed the exercise room, and breakfast was really quite good. Would definitely recommend, no downside that was evident to us. Rooms were quiet, very clean and so comfortable (slept like a log!)

It was cozy and comfortable. I Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was pleasant and engaging and I would recommend this hotel to friends who are traveling.

The entire front desk staff exceeded my expectations, even when I needed something and it was almost time for one of them (female) to go home at 11 p.m., only to return at 7 a.m. the next day. Everything was great from my arrival to departure, and I'll definitely be back when I visit the area again.

Hotel was very convenient to my meeting place, had a great breakfast and friendly, respnsive staff. The quality/cleanliness of the room was great for the price!

“Decent hotel, convenient to Malvern Corporate Park”

This was a fair to middling place to stay, the only problem I had was that we had requested smoke free rooms - they were not. I wasn't inconvenienced, but one of my co-workers had to be moved on the second night (which they did without incident)

“Suited our purpose”

Hotel was a little off the main road, so we passed by the first time there. On checkout, breakfast foods had run out and there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to replace by the staff; other than that the hotel was "typical".

“Clean and comfortable”

One of the better Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at. Only negative thing was the large empty constuction site next to the hotel. Not very pleasant to look at.
