Nice facilities but environmental issuesPosted Jul 20, 2015
Clean, updated hotel but no thermostat, mini fridge or bathroom vent in our too-warm room. AC was quiet but we could not control temperature. Beautiful bathroom had no vent. Fridge cabinet had no fridge. Bed was comfortable though.

Close to Shopping and RestaurantsPosted Jul 7, 2015
We were in the area for a Boys Lacrosse recruiting tournament. The hotel was very accommodating and close to the fields. My daughter liked the pool and the fact it was close to a mall for shopping.

Loudest room I have ever been in.Posted Jul 3, 2015
Cons: noise - guest rooms should not be so close to elevators and lobby.
Location: Midway from our Friday and Saturday activities, didn't do anything local.
The room was beautiful and clean but loud. The smoke alarm was chirping when we arrived and we had to wait to have it repaired. The walls were very thin and we heard every word said outside our room. There was a party in the club when we arrived and lots of activity going on in the hall and lobby in the morning. The elevator was near our room and we had to listen to the mechanical sounds ALL NIGHT long.

Front desk calling at 7:56 am? Hurray!Posted Jul 2, 2015
Paid Expedia online. Payment went through. Front desk calls whining at 7:56 am that they have no payment. Gee thanks for your ill timed stupidity! Shower head juts out of wall at 4'8" making a hair wash impossible. Every single door in "hotel," which it isn't fair to call this place, slams all night and all day because of worn out and poorly adjusted fire door closing devices. SLAM! All night..all day! Entrance at parking side of building was like entering Freddie Kruger's Fire Pit Basement! Old red AstroTurf carpet sliding all over the place in a very dirty unkempt condition! Disgusting!

One of our favorite hotels but disappointedPosted Jun 29, 2015
Breakfast buffet was picked over and sad. Service at the restaurant and bar was abysmal. Only one server (Jackie in the bar) was good. We went out of our way to leave a tip just for her. The front desk staff and room were as wonderful as we remembered. So disappointed after so many stays.

I expected better from a Starwood propertyPosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Front desk staff, parking and housecleaning. The bed was also excellent.
Cons: I covered this in my experience paragraph
Location: The location was good.
We were first assigned a room about as far from the elevator as you could get. That was corrected to our satisfaction. The first night the toilet leaked and in the morning the bathroom floor was covered in water. They sent someone to fix it. My daughter was looking forward to using the fitness center. It was of course closed during our entire stay. The food in the club level lounge was at best mediocre and one of the appliances was out of service during our entire stay. I expect better of Starwood properties. I am an SPG member.
