The stay was great. The room was resort style. It was better than expected for such a cheap rate.

Booked the room for my wife and daughter for a weekend shopping trip. They were both delighted. Had the two bed suite and the rooms were great. Clean rooms, great staff, and continental breakfast. Would stay again and reccommend this hotel.

Customer service was excellent! The suite was perfect! The room was equipped with everything you need for your stay. I am planning a second stay at Staybridge in a few weeks. You can lose with this hotel!

“Nice stay”

Very clean rooms and nice breakfast. The hotel is located toward the end of Morehall Rd, but it is very hard to see if you don't know what you're looking for. Turn at the Main Line Diagnostic Imaging sign. If you miss it, turn right on Lancaster St (you have to either turn right or left at this intersection) and there is another entrance on the right, with better signage. There's a very nice Wegman's across the street, which would be great for people who plan to stay for awhile. I think that this hotel is a good value relative to the prices in King of Prussia, which really isn't far away. We had a business event in Collegeville and it was an easy trip down 29. We had dinner in Phoenixville, right on 29. There were several interesting (ie non-chain) restaurants and shops lined up on a street full of old, historic looking buildings.

“Good but Poor Internet Service”

All rooms are suites - great for extended stay. Everything was fine except for the internet service which was terribly slow - worse than dial-up. I called the front desk several times to see if something was going on but all was okay at their end. Had 2 computers with me and was bad on both on multiple nights. Otherwise I recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful to us in finding a room with our needs, it was very nice having such a variety for breakfast.

“Rooms in disrepair, worn, held together by tape!”

I checked into my room late Friday afternoon for a two-night stay visiting family to find that the 'faux' drawers for the bathroom vanity were held on by tape, not a good start. This gave me cause to give the room I paid for a closer inspection. It was quite run-down and it appeared that there were quite a few 'blemishes' on the walls that were covered up by paint. The baseboards were pretty beat up and there were stains on the rug which was also pretty worn. There were cracks in the shower and the front entrance door was showing its' age. I had been given a low-end, worn-out room in a hotel that was relatively empty. Was it because I booked the room on Expedia and didn't pay full price? Or was it because I'm Spanish with long hair and a goatee? Or are all the rooms like this and cash flow is tight with this particular hotel? I dutifully informed the front desk clerk that my room was sub-standard and suggested he take a look at it. He did and left a message on my room voicemail that they would give me another room of better quality (which tells me they do have better rooms and stuck me with a dump) and would like to speak to me about some sort of 'financial compensation'. After checking out on Sunday, I left a message with the hotel manager informing her of my tribulations but have yet to hear from her. Other than the quality of my room, service was excellent, the folks very friendly and the complimentary breakfast very nice.
