Friendly

Pros: The friendly Staff!!!!!!!!
Cons: The service at breakfast from the staff. Dusting the room better.
Location: Shopping center within walking distance and several gold shops.
All staff members were very polite and friendly. There was some dust on the back of the door. The breakfast staff was slow to serve us and we had to go and get spoons and creamer for the coffee.

Nice hotel with good view.

Nice hotel with good view but away from the city. Room service was good but buffet breakfast was ordinary.

Disappointing stay !

From the moment we checked in not much going our way. Firstly, our luggage was left un attended. Then as soon as we checked into the upgraded suite, the AC wasn't working. Kuwait is a hot country during summers and its impossible to functions without AIRCON. The staff took an hour for the AC to fix and got it to start function again. I was told that airport transport would be free from expedia due to VIP membership, but that wasn't communicated to the hotel, so they denied it. I would pick another hotel over this one, maybe a branded group like hilton or some others, instead of Rotana.

쿠웨이트에 출장을 가면 항상 머무르는 곳입니다 위치가 좀 그렇지만 객실 상태나 모든 면에서 만족스러운 곳입니다

Bad Hotel, will not returning

Location: none
there were a few issues with this hotel. first of all sun is available at the roof from 10:00 - 12:00 not more. each room has 2 x door between rooms. other rooms can hear clearly what you are saying and doing. hotel is to far from Kuwait City (32 min)

Good Hotel next to a small mall.

the hotel is good and I have only one comment and that is the WC chair cover is old and needs to be changed because no matter how much they clean it looks dirty.
