“Great place especially if you have your pet with you”

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was really nice and super friendly. We had a dog and cat with us and it was comforting to know that they trusted us to take care of them like decent responsible people unlike many hotels that you go to where they treat you like your pets will just ruin there hotel. The lobby was an unexpected great place to visit with people visiting and or working in Alaska....I never expected to enjoy even the simplest time of my visit in the lobby for breakfast or in the evening before I went to my room for the evening. Very convenient to get to the grocery store across the street. Saved a lot of money by not having to eat out and could cook in my kitchen in my room!

“Comfortable Room”

The Extended Stay in Fairbanks was clean and quiet. It had a kitchen, and was close to a Fred Meyer for convenience. Daily cleaning was optional, but I only stayed the weekend. I would stay there again if I were going back to Fairbanks.

“Friendly Staff”

The hotel staff was available and friendly. Breakfast consisted of fresh bagels w/ butter and jam, 2 types of coffee, cocoa, large apples, Quaker oatmeal packs. Laundry had 4 washers and 4 dryers at $2 a load. 2 of the 3 exercise equipment weren't working during our 10 day stay. Pool was open 9 of 10 days. Room was very clean, however it had strange odor that would not go away. Location was conveniently located close to the airport and across street from a super grocery store. Was unfortunately also next to the Lonely GIrl's strip club. Was a great location if you can overlook the strip club next door. Overall it was a good deal for the money and I would recommend it to others.

“Bearable”

The heat in the room was unbearable and we were unable to adjust it at all. There was also no fan in the bathroom which made for a very 'steamy' room which did not go well with the high heat already.

“Comfort at a fair price.”

Extended Stay is in the process of renovation so there were the associated paint smells, carpet rolls and chaos present. All things considered, we were comfortable and paid a fair price. I rated Extended Stay a 4.

“Not impressed”

The beds were not comfortable. Very few ammenities. Their "deluxe coffee service is served from 5:30am to 9:30am each morning with bagels, fresh fruit, and oatmeal" had very stale bagels, no fruit, and I don't know about the coffee because I don't drink it.
