Clean and comfortable, but other areas need work: The WiFi is slow unless you pay extra, the free breakfast is truly awful, and the shuttlebus to the airport was cancelled due to raod conditions, and I had to pay for my own taxi.

They refused to honor the reservation. Declared a credit card had to be presented in person to accomodate for any incidental charges. My daughter tried to use her debit card, they refused to run it....called me, I said three times they could charge my card, it was the one on file for the reservation made.....they said you have to be here in person. Next day I am told by another employee that I was offered to receive a fax document to sign and return for approval....this was never offered. I was told you have to be here in person, it is the hotel policy, three times she said this.

We apologize for the issues you had with check in. However, policy states that all reservations have incidentals card on file. When booking via a 3rd party Vendor (ie Expedia). Expedia provides the property with a payment, however they do not provide the property with the guest credit card information. When providing incidentals if card holder is not present we offer a credit card authorization that can be completed and returned via email or fax, you do not have be here in person. At which time the check in process can continue. Unfortunately we do not take this information via phone, this is for the guest protection and also PCI compliance verification.
