Nice hotel but horrible staff.

Posted Oct 28, 2014
Pros: I love the kitchen area. The kitchen staff were very good, good food, and asked questions and gave me options.
Cons: Front office training.
It was horrible to check in plus. I was second in line and the desk person ignored me. She then asked if she could help me. She asked if I was on Medicaid. All of this was done without a smile and almost surly. I asked for a first floor room and she put me in room 107 at the end of the hallway. I am in my 60's. I ignored it all yet your front office people need a lesson in sensitivity. Later my key did not work and the desk person told me not to put it by my phone. She actually said I will do it this time. Duh? I paid. Your a service.

I had a nice stay

Everything was lovely. Very clean. I thought it was good value for the money. My stay was quiet. I imagine when the season gets going things might slip from time to time. I was here early October.

Close to shopping, hospital

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Beautiful, quiet grounds and gardens yet close to all we need when traveling to the big city. Best price I could find in Sept. in Fairbanks.
Cons: Cabal TV but no movies. I'd like to see a VCR to play movies when restricted to the hotel while recovering from a hospital procedure.
Clean and up to date. Friendly and helpful staff. Smoke free with an in house restaurants.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Filip is so personable and never stands still. He is always working, yet has time to greet and serve the guests with a smile. The suite was great!

A Livable Hotel Room

Posted May 19, 2014
What a nice surprise to find a hotel suite that had all amenities and room necessary for an extended stay! The kitchen was large enough to prepare any kind of meal, and the bathroom was very roomy with lots of counter space. I would say a woman designed these rooms! Enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Perfect for people who like their own space.

This hotel was perfect for us. Nice sized kitchen with everything we needed. Two TVs and two queen sized beds. The bathroom was very clean and everything was in good working order. I stayed two nights and was thrilled with the service, the restaurant was very good and the wifi was easy to connect to. I truly enjoyed my stay.
