Overnight stayPosted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: its clean, the breakfast was good and the restaurant was good.
Location: The location is downtown there are a lot of things to do and see in downtown Fairbanks. There are a lot of restaurants.
The hotel was nice and clean, the restaurant had great food. The only thing I didn't like is there are a lot of drunks outside yelling in the evening.

Great base for exploring FairbanksPosted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: Virtually everything.
Cons: A perennial minor concern about most U.S. hotels which provide breakfast - disposable plates, cups, cutlery, the works; a worrying waste of resources.
Location: Great location: Fairbanks is so spread out, so a car is virtually essential, and the hotel is easily accessible. Chasing a sight of the aurora.
The hotel was of a high standard in every way. The suite was roomy, the bed very comfortable, the facilities excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast provided was very good. The attached restaurant is clearly one of Fairbanks dining focuses; booking is advisable most nights. There is a generous parking area, and the free hotel shuttle service is efficient, and a real plus. We really enjoyed our stay in Fairbanks, and a significant factor in this was the hotel as a base.

Loved this hotel. Easy check in, room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and walking distance to a lot of neat sights, stores, and restaurants.

Nice Hotel close to downtown FairbanksPosted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: The bed was Super comfortable!
The first night, I specifically asked Not to be located on the side where I can view the bars or hear the drunks hollering outside like last time I stayed there. I was put in a room facing the River. It was nice until I woke up at 2am 'cause of some guys being loud out in the hallway. The second night was way better. Comfortable room and clean kitchen with no noise from neighbors. I just didn't like that I got back to my hotel late in the evening and had to drive around just to find parking -the lot is very small and I didn't like the street people I had to walk by just to get back into the hotel, but it is downtown Fairbanks and I was aware of the area I was staying. Overall, the room was clean, the staff was polite and I'd stay there again.

Great location downtown, easy to get around via bus & shuttle services. Close to visitors center to walk to & plan/book daytrips out of Fairbanks. Breakfast service was GREAT, lots of choices. Airport & train shuttle services were nice (every hour). Across street from hotel is a restaurant called "Smitty Smith" (something like that)...YOU HAVE TO TRY IT! TONS OF CHARACTER AND FUN DINNING (good food, large portions)

Great location. Staff great. Bed wasn't the most comfortable we slept on while on vacation.
