Lack of staff and professionalism

Pros: It is convenient to the airport and train station.
Cons: A lot. Add staff. Train staff. Fix the rooms up.
Location: It's in the business district. Nothing exciting unless you are a traveler using it as a convenient bed to rest in.
If you want a shuttle ride from the train station, prepare to wait over an hour. One shuttle, one driver. One person at the front desk. They don't even treat you like you are staying at a Marriott. Almost felt like Motel 6. The room was clean but thermostat didn't work.

we needed help with printing our boarding passes. the fellow on duty spent 15 or 20 minutes doing so plus making a necessary phone call to complete the task. he was very friendly and helpful. we were so grateful!!

The overall experience was very good, hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. I thought they'd have remotes that worked in all the rooms but I'm not going to give them a bad review over that. I'd stay there again and I'd recommend it to my friends and family. The view of the river from our room was very nice.

This hotel is near by the river. Since it is also downyown, it is near by many of the business so you can walk to them fron the hotel. Also, there is a park within walking distance. Furthermore, the food offered in the restaurant of its basement is delicious.

Location: downtown and they have a shuttle to other stores not downtown.
Very friendly and helpful staff, secure elevators, room was clean and very comfortable, enjoyed the breakfast.

Hotel staff were great and dropped us off/picked up at places in the shuttle bus. Breakfast very good. Room was a good size and clean

Wonderful time in Fairbanks, AK

Pros: Security, cleanliness and staff.
Cons: Gift shop was closed. Parking space was always available, but a distance from the hotel.
Location: Downtown Fairbanks, easy to get to everything.
Hotel was very secure, the rooms were perfectly clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast setup for the morning was perfect with lots of selections.

Pros: Our favorite things were the breakfast buffet and the free shuttle.
We were very pleased with this hotel. A full breakfast buffet was served every morning, which included eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, and lots of other choices. The hotel shuttle was available to take us wherever we wanted to go within a 10 or 15 mile (I forget which) radius, so we didn't rent a car. (Bus service is also good in Fairbanks and free to seniors.) Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

well located in city center - rooms typical for a springhill suites, better restaurant than expected, staff helpful to someone not familiar with the area - hotel clean
