one of the nicer hotels in FairbanksPosted May 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Customer Service was great and the best thing about this hotel. The room was comfortable although the furniture felt to large for the space. My only complaint would be the hotel staff took their smoke breaks by the parking entrance doorway.

Loved the feel of this hotel. Great appearance, clean, large room, friendly staff. The 2 restaurants had good food and friendly staff.

Pros: It was spacious.
Location: Neighborhood wasn't all that nice, but that might just be Fairbanks.
Hotel was okay. I was in old tower and they definitely weren't full, but that may have been because it was Expedia purchased. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was pretty skimpy. Restaurant and bar closed pretty early.

Room was small but cozy and clean. Nice bed. Like the separate sink / shower arrangement.

Room was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was simple but had hot oatmeal and a variety of fruits and pastries.

Room for improvement.Posted Apr 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
The first impression once entering the hotel was great. That quickly faded once conversing with the employees at the front desk. The staff was mediocre at best. The rooms were nothing fancy I would compare them to the super eight motel. There was no attention to detail by the employees that clean the rooms. The bed and pillows were horrible not what you would expect from the first impression you get when entering the hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke, hard-boiled eggs, a small selection of fruit and yogurt, bread and oatmeal. This isn't even a close match for the competition for example at the Best Western Hotel In Fairbanks you're offered toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, Belgian waffles, bread or toast, cereal, a large selection of fruit, coffee, many other beverages, donuts, bagels and oat meal all as part of the continental breakfast. I didn't have a good first experience at this hotel and the chances of me staying again are very minimal.

Clean and comfortablePosted Apr 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was clean and the staff were professional. It isn't the closest hotel to the University, but still convenient, only a few miles away. Lots of parking not directly in front of the hotel. Nice, simple continental breakfast.
