“Best Western vacaville”

The front office staff was very nice, check in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. There was lots to choose from with the continental breakfast. All in all, a great stay.

“Great Place”

This hotel was very, very nice for the price. Probably the nicest or next to nicest we've stayed in in this price range. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The variety of included amenities were great and the morning breakfast had a great selection - the ONLY breakfast that's offered sausage and egg biscuit! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as were the maids. An overall great experience. We will definitely stay there the next time we visit our military family in town.

“Wonderful two day stay”

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and very pleased with the front desk help. They helped us find our way to Vallejo to take the ferry to Fisherman's Wharf as well as suggesting several local attractions and eating facilities. Wish we would have planned more time in your area. “Home away from home!”

Amenities abound for a four-day visit! Spacious room, king size very comfortable bed, coffee/tea pot, microwave, sizeable mini-refrigerator, wireless Internet, very soft towels, swimming pool, daily local newspaper, delicious and variety of breakfast items! The staff were very polite and helpful each day. Facilities were freshly painted and very clean. Close to many attractions, including malls and restaurants.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

This hotel was under-rated on the website. The staff was pleasant. The linens were soft and of higher quality than I expected. The towels were fluffy and not too thin. And the room smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. There was both a working microwave and fridge. My only complaint is the noise -- it's right next to the freeway and the walls and doors do not insulate the sound very well. However, a pair of earplugs made for a great night's sleep!

“Very Comfortable, Reasonably Priced”

I have stayed in this hotel twice now and have been well taken care of both times. The front office staff is very helpful and friendly - always willing to help. The rooms are large - with a refrigerator and microwave, and plenty of room to get ready. The hotel is quiet and attracts a clientelle that is well behaved and it is close to everything I need with a Denny's restaurant right next door. I will never stay anywhere else when I am in Vacaville!

It is a classic road motel, the beds and pillows are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and attentive and the breakfast is delicious!
