The complimentary breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel. The staff are encouraged to go above and beyond. The food selections include options for diabetics. The kitchen staff have been encouraged to expand beyond typical Hilton requirements. They also do an evening snack that includes shrimp and grits. You could hear the staff laughing in the kitchen during breakfast, a happy sound unlike the sometimes surly reception at other hotels. This service culture extends to all the staff at the hotel. I will stay here again next time I am travelling on business in Vallejo.

The property was in a good location ( bonus points for Dutch Bros next door). The room was clean and had all we needed. Check in was smooth and everyone was very attentive. The only negative is it’s off of a main road that’s right off of the freeway on/off ramp. While you can’t hear the freeway, the morning commuters on the main road can get pretty loud If you can request a room, would suggest on the parking lot side of the building instead of the street side. Also on our last morning, our shower did something funky and we couldn’t get the temperature adjusted. It was either scalding hot or freezing. Hopefully just a fluke that day. All in all would stay here again.

I had to ask to please change my dates because I had an emergency and they said they couldn’t so I ended not going because they didn’t change my dates and I lost 186$

The staff were all so amazing and kind. The always available coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar in the lobby was an amazing touch, that our family appreciated. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious and perfect for our stay. We couldn’t hear our neighbors at all which was awesome! It’s not very often you get a quiet hotel! The pool and hot tub area was awesome, we spent a lot of time out there. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff were keeping everything full, and were so polite and wonderful. Our stay was relaxing and just what we needed, we loved this hotel so much. It’s in a convenient location, and although Vallejo isn’t the safest area, we felt perfectly secure here.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and easy check in. The hotel is within walking distance to Six Flags and right next door to a Dutch Bros. Swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for the family. Would definitely recommend!

The staff at this establishment were so kind & hospitable. I haven’t stayed at a hotel outside of Hilton/hampton that employs such a great staff!

We were in rm 209, whoever was right above us were jumping, sounded like they were jumping off of the dresser, big boom, this was for hours in to the early morning hours, which made it impossible to sleep. It sounded like they were moving furniture, rolling those ottoman’s for hours.

This place was perfect for our family. It was beautiful, and close to six flags. The beds were really comfortable as well. It was near by food options as well. The pool was nice, and the Jacuzzi also. We'll be staying here again next time we are over that way

The hotel itself was nice, the pool and hot tub area were fantastic. However the area itself is sketchy, we received many warnings from locals and other guests about not walking down the streets nearby due to danger. We went to this location only to go to Six Flags which ended up closing due to rain, the hotel was nice to work with and offered partial refund as we moved into San Fran for the remainder of our trip.

Very nice. Stayed at this hotel several times. The experience is always good. Comfortable beds, quiet, nice pool/hot tub area, and lots of choices for breakfast.

Very accommodating staff who work here, including the front desk, maids, and chef. The breakfast was the best ive ever seen, and even included whipped cream and toppings to sprinkle on top the waffles. The hot tub and heated pool were perfect temperature and very clean! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and the best value too!

The property is easy to find. The rooms were clean, spacious and hygienic. The hot tub and the gym are very well maintained. Special mention to that breakfast spread. We loved and enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The only thing we felt was lacking was a restaurant/eatery nearby.
