“has a touch of elegance”

we were checked-in right away and the lobby clerk was helpful. the room was so convinient with a kichenette. I wish we have brought something to cook. Overall experience was fantastic.

“Good Hotel For The Price”

This hotel is good for the price, but since they allow pets, the first room I had reeked of dog urine. But after I complained they quickly gave me another room. Other than that my stay was great. It's in a great location and a quiet neighborhood.

EVERYTHING YOU'D EXSPECT FROM A ECONOMICAL, BUSINESS CLASS HOTEL BUT THE HELP AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

Beds were too hard. Bath towels were too small. The size of a face towel. Only enough soap for one person's use. Furniture was outdated. Toilet blew water and air when flushed. Watch out if you don't want wet trousers or buttocks.

“Smell”

The hallways and all public space smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Our room was a non-smoking room. It did not smell.

“Won't go back”

This hotel was clean but the air conditioning made so much noise we left at 1 am and drove onto Sac. The bedspread didn't look very clean and the bed was not very comfie. Won't go back again.

this hotel looked nice but first of all there was a roten friut in our refrigerator and there was music playing late at night, people talking and walking arounf. it was not very comfortable. and they gave me a diferent room than what i had ordered on expedia

“DISGUSTING and DIRTY”

I will never go back to this hotel again. I'm not even sure if I will use Expedia again as trying to get my money back was just as horrible of an experience.

“No way!”

Never again. The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke (including my comforter). This would be fine IF I was a smoker - I'm not. It took four hours to reach someone to confirm my reservation. In trying to save overhead, they only have staff available till 11pm. My room key was demagnetized and I couldn't enter the hotel - disaster..
