Fan in for the AC/Heater was very LOUD! Also the bed spread was like nothing at all. No extra sheet in the closet. Lot to be desired.

They do not like expedia travelers.... I've heard of this before... People who work in the hotel industry, not liking us "discount buyers".....they gave us the worst room, that was probably on there DNR ( do not rent) list...this is usually a room that needs maintenance.... We told the front desk it was not clean because there were spider webs... The white comforter looked dingy almost black.... The bottom of the tub was yellow and it looked like there was a soap ring in the Tub.... They offered to upgrade our room... We looked at there jacuzzi room and were still unimpressed (why would I want to sit in a jacuzzi ...when I just saw how much care they take to clean there bath tubs)..... We went back down to the lobby... to find the maid and the man at the front desk talking...the maid gave us smerk... Turned around and walked away... I had asked the front desk when do they wash the duvet covers.... The man replied w "it's the housekeepers decision... on when to wash the comforter" ... I thru up a lil in my mouth and asked what the maid had told him about the room... He said ... She looked at the room and there was a small spider web in the corner, and the comforter on the bed was new.... And the soap ring she saw was just a scratch.... If that's the supervisors definition of clean seriously run away from this hotel as fast as we did... That was the day we found out... We travel a lot but We're not hilton people.

Pros: It was conveniently located off the freeway and next to restaurants and shopping.
Cons: Our experience while we were there was great Prompt, pleasant service.The carpets in the hallway could use a cleaning but did not ruin our stay.
Went to a concert in Oakland and wanted to stay close to our next destination.

Great hotel, adjacent to a shopping mall.

Pros: We like everything about this hotel, location, close to freeway, close to Napa, close to several restaurants and shopping.
Cons: nothing, all is fine.
Location: Close to Napa for wine tasting during the day, and stay away from the costly local lodging.
Going to visit Napa and stay away from the costly lodging in the center of the wine country.

Convenient location was both good & bad. Easy access to bay area, Napa, etc... close to restaurants, shopping. Very close to Hwy 80 with no rooms available on "garden side" of building so spent a sleepless night hearing traffic. Asked for extra pillows, never brought to room and ice bucket lid had visible goo on the inside. Over all, probably will not stay again.
