Waited for computer to reboot

Pros: Comfortable beds.
Cons: Once breakfast ended there was no self service, no fruit.
Waited a few minutes for the computer to reboot at check- in, otherwise everything was perfect.

OK for one night

Hotel staff was very nice & helpful. I made a reservation for 2 adults & 3 children. I knew we were getting 2 queen beds but had hoped there would also be a sofa bed or roll away bed. Unfortunately due to fire regulations the staff could not accommodate us so my nephew had to sleep on the floor. The hotel is in dire need of renovations.

Family trip to six flags

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness
Cons: Carpet looks bad, needs newer Tv's
We were only there for one night, the location was convenient with some fast food restaurants near by, staff was friendly. Room was clean, however felt very outdated, there were a couple of things like the carpet that were in bad shape in some areas. Having waffles for breakfast was nice, overall okay, but for the price not the greatest.

Very Disappointed!!!

Pros: Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
Cons: Need new softer mattresses. They tried to charge extra when stay aleady paid for in full months prior. Housekeeping should not go through drawers.
Location: Right off 80....close to Jelly Bean factory, Budweiser plant and many Napa Valley wineries. Also, San Francisco close with Fishermans warf
Upon check in, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed very uncomfortable-it was like 2 box springs stacked on top of each other as could feel the springs in the top matress. Very sore in the morning and could not sleep at night. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles but you want to get there early so you beat the crowd. You do need to keep a check on the credit/debit card you give them when you check in if you paid for the stay in advance through Expedia as they put extra charges for $170. At check in I had them confirm that they would not take any money out of that card when I gave it to them to put on file at check in as La Quinta had already taken the money out of my account months before when I booked the stay through Expedia. When confronted about it, said they would credit it but it would take 5-7 business days to get it back to my account. This was not good since on vacation and needed that money right then and not have to wait a week for it. That same day we found out about the extra charges, we were coming back to our room and found housekeeping going through our drawers. We told her she could leave and not to worry about cleaning rest of room. There is no reason for the staff to be going through our drawers...that is not part of cleaning a room. Pool was open but dirly. We were very disappointed as we had higher hopes for this hotel.

Pros: convenience and clean
Cons: the continental breakfast was unable to keep up with the amount of food going out. At 9:15 there was no eggs, sausage, waffles really nothing left
Location: Six flags Discovery Kingdom And a Jelly bean factory
The staff at this hotel were very nice and accommodating. We were happy to have a clean room. Also very convenient right off the freeway.

Location was great for us, unfortunately, this particular LaQuinta has definitely seen better days. Worn and tired, in need of paint job.

Fairfield La Quinta

Stayed here for a job interview. I flew into Northern Ca.i didn't enjoy breakfast all that much. The egg omelet was horrible. Wouldn't recommend eating. Stay was fine. Bed and staff was fine. I didn't like the bbathroom.Property recently bobought out by La Quinta. NOTNOT LA QUINTA QUALITY OR STSTANDARD AT THIS TIME

Totally unexpected!

I really enjoyed the cozy room and the Continental breakfast having hot options was great. I have a 5 month old daughter and the hotel was awesome accommodating her. I'll be staying here and have already recommended this hotel to three family members that look for local stays often. The price was affordable and I believe worth more than the dollar amount. I really enjoyed it and will return.
