We checked in and found the room dirty. Sheets were changed but floor was dirty, light switch had something smeared on it, someone's hair clip was the shower bar. Sink only had cold water, bathroom door was punched from the inside and crushed the veneer, outside of door was even worse. Front door inside lock was missing bar part. Outside of the property needs a thorough cleaning with a pressure washer. Otherwise, convenient location.

Unsafe and badly maintained
The lobby was locked, and you get served through a port hole. I guess it’s setup like this because of the potential crime. The room had a fist hole punched through the door, the shower was cracked and would have collapsed if you would have stepped on it, and the toilet seat was broken. There was at least one car in the parking lot with someone sleeping in it. The hotel area felt unsafe, luckily i was with a group of 4 guys, but if you are a family stay away. We all agreed that this was one of the 3 worst hotels that we have stayed in and btw the pool was green!

Not a great stay this time
Had something stolen from my car. Back part of the parking lot closed so i couldn't park closer to my room. Saw 2 men walking in with 2 women that definitely looked like prostitutes. Cars running in parking lot, shady. Van had front wind shield smashed. Pool is TOTALLY gross and should juse be drained and gotten rid of. Elevator broken. Key didnt work when we got back after a day at 6 flags. I used to go bc it was so cheap but I think that might have been my last time. Just dont feel safe or clean anymore ;( we actually didnt even stay there the second night booked.

Went to Six Flags just up the street Saw signs there saying if 3 people stay ninths room they’ll charge you $80, 2 extra for $160. Got there in the morning and was leaving g for six flags in 15 minutes Just wanted to see if they had action ready to save time later at night They did. But then he wanted to charge me extra. No way. I was just trying to help us both out Anyway There was 1 towell for us to use 1. Didn’t want to argue with him over a towell It was a basic hotel but that’s what I expected

They have zero concept of customer service, everyday hotel security comes and bangs on the doors at exactly 11am yelling at customers to leave, and threatens them to call the police if they don’t leave. I prepaid the hotel prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was amazed by how dirty this place was. It’s as if I was in bad horror movie. Completely different from the online pictures and the pool is empty dirty filled with trash appeared as if it has NOT been cleaned in 30 years. The pictures are fake. If you have an emergency and you need place to spend the night shower, sleep and go, ok. But anything more than that please think twice about your safety. This place is extremely scary and Unsafe.

Desk clerk was rude. No smoke detector in room. Room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Gang members hanging out in the parking lot. We ended up forfeiting our room to stay somewhere else.

The refusal of refund was due to me staying at the room. I arrived at 1 or 2 a.m. I slept in my vehicle and used the rooms bathroom which water pipes erupted within. I did not enjoy my purchase. $100 for a night at this establishment is not fair nor logical.

This property is listed as being non-smoking, but be warned! It is not actually non-smoking. Every room smells like cigarette smoke or weed, or a combination. The area around the hotel (parking lot, walkways, etc. was littered with trash and cigarette butts. The pool has clearly not been cleaned in months. The only upside is that the staff were friendly and willingly gave us a refund.

This place was a dump! There were drug users, homeless people, people yelling at each other, banging and thumping around late at night. Bugs in the room, trash outside the rooms. Gross!

Room was dirty! It had a ball of hair under ac. 1 towel for 3 people. I had requested more and front staff said they will take them to my room. Night time came and I called and front staff wanted to charge me an extra person and was yelling at me. Didn’t gave me towels. Bedding sheets were old, dirty and with holes. Restroom door didn’t lock. Restroom was dirty with a lot of hair. Something bit us while we were sleeping.

Very low-budget
Room was supposed to be smoke free, but had tell-tale signs of smokers. Burn holes on furniture and bed. Graffiti on furniture, mirrors and bathroom. Wanted to check in a little over an hour early and was told there was a per-hour fee for that!

This is literally the worst place i have ever stayed. Trash on the ground in my room, sheets were not cleaned, door wouldnt even open when i checked in. Front desk person was never at the front desk, had to wait 30 minutes to check in, got my key, went to my room and the door wouldnt open, go back wait another 30 minutes for him to go and open the door. Moldy bathroom, just plain nasty. If youre looking for hookers or tweak then this is the place for you.

Horrible stay with terrifying host
Place stank of smoke and all they offer is to spray thick ooze of deodorant to cover it. They bang on the door at night asking who put you in this room and asking for identification. At the point of requesting you to get out of bed and move to another room. The area is horrific. We were meant to stay two nights. After first night of no sleep and staying in terror we found another place even though we had pre-paid. They never asked why we were leaving. This place should not offer stay for general public and we please with Hotel dot com to remove their listing them from their website

Dog poops Infront of building, staff actually just focus on making money, the room stinks, entire bathroom is moist, the air in bathroom is not working, the staff members treat customers very poorly, When I realized that the place was very dirty, I asked for my money, the young Indian guy told me, I’m sorry, I can’t do that, you will not get your money back, I can’t. I was shocked and confused. A customer lives there, her pit - bull runs around freely, it poops all Infront of doors. The room smells very bad. Oh Lord knows, I think those Indians bribes heavily to keep that place going. The dumpster is full, it stinks everywhere, homeless people are all in the trash, you get worried about your security.
