“Totally Disatisfied Customer”

This hotel does not clean well at all. They advertised jacuzzi tubs but it did not work. They offered complimentary breakfast and only served it one day. The second day we waited for a half hour for them to serve breakfast but I guess a copy of our bill on the counter told us they were not serving it. Stayed 2 nites and 1 breakfast. Rooms are NOT as pictured. Parking did not exist except in the back (dark small area only room for a couple of cars and perfect place to have the car broken into) or on the street. They seemed totally unorganized and we had already prepaid so we were stuck. Would never recommend to anyone.

Area recommendations
Walnut Creek is a beautiful area to stay in.
