Thank you for the great 5 star review. We are easily located directly off the I-90 exit, have great restaurants nearby to dine and plenty of parking! I am pleased to see you enjoyed your clean and fresh room and will pass along your compliments. Come again soon!

Hotel only had double beds

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Cons: Queen beds
Location: We were only there for a night to sleep.
We needed a room last minute and this was only one that had availability. Surprised to find they only have double beds. Room was ok, not a great night's sleep.

clean and quiet

Pros: The room was clean and smelled fresh.
Cons: Please have refrigerators and microwaves in rooms to store and prepare the gluten free food I must have for my medical gluten free diet.
Location: A restaurant with a gluten free menu nearby and others willing to prepare gluten free food for customers.
After a day of travel this Comfort Inn was a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. The friendly desk clerk helped us locate a great place to eat.

Not given what was expected.

Posted Jun 17, 2013
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Do not promise what you will not be providing. Do not put people in rooms with amenities that were either promised and not given. up the ante.
Location: Stayed there because it was near my class reunion, and the hotel we had our reunion at was booked...and at the same price we paid. Otherwise nothing.
We ordered a king sized room. We were not told it was a handicapped room. There weren't any counters to place the things that we had to get ready with everyday, so we put them on the floor or on the handicapped stool (now that I think about it...ick! our toothbrushes were there! Who knows if that was sanitized!) The light was over the toilet and the mirror was dark. The vent in the bathroom did not work. We had to unplug lights to recharge our electronics... and sit in the dark. There was not a microwave or fridge as expected. We bought a cooler and continuously restocked it with ice to compensate. I had to track someone down to have someone come and pick up our dirty towels and when I asked for specific replacements, they just kept giving me bath towels every time I tried to explain a wash rag, or hand towel. After receiving 8 bath towels, finally someone came up to correct the situation. The spaces available to hang up our clothing was small and did not accommodate what we had. The space to place our suitcase was far too small so it sat on the floor. The front lobby that the "continental breakfast" was served was jam packed with people with plastic plates on their laps. No juice. Gas station food. And we were charged more than expected. If I knew I would be charged $30 more than I was quoted I would have went anywhere else. I don't know if this is what handicapped people have to deal with, but I would not stand for it. And not being handicapped, I am very disappointed.

Excellent hotel

Hotel seemed new. The breakfast was good but other hotels offer a broader selection. All in all the hotel is excellent.

Will stay again

Over all nice hotel...a little dated, but still nice. There was no elevator, but it only had two floors so no real big deal, and I knew about it ahead of time. Friendly and helpful staff.
