"This hotel was perfect. I had a view of the arch and city. It was a 5min walk to the metrolink, 7min to the arch, 20min to the stadium, very good location. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Room was CLEAN. They kept the doors locked 24/7 which was nice from a safety perspective. "

"We only booked one night at this hotel and planned to arrive late in the night. There's nothing fancy about the room but it was as expected and clean. Im most impressed with the great customer service in the middle of the night. We arrived around 1am and felt safe with my young children and elderly relative. The hotel attendant greeted us promptly and was very welcoming. She made sure our room was right and quickly brought us more linens when we requested them. "

"Checked in just after 12am on a Friday. After the nearby Holiday Inn said they couldn't accept time of check-in, because check-in isn't till 3pm and couldn't make changes in the system. The counter worker at Hampton understands people traveling, check in at all times and made the adjusment to get myself and my family in a room. Love seeing people taking care of each other in todays world!!"
